IN LOVE with my new hair. Cindy who took care of me was just amazing and lovely. I was a bit uncertain of what style/color I want to change to, Cindy and Andy gave me suggestions based on their experiences and the result sure did not disappoint! Hands down one of the best salons in Brisbane.

My greys were showing badly and the foils done by another hairdresser didn't turn out well.  A big thank you to Cindy with her expertise corrected my hair and saved me from looking horrid before my reunion tomorrow . She took time to analyse my hair and give me suggestions. When it comes to my hair, I only trust the experts at Ido Hair Salon! I’ve been coming to this salon for a year now and I’m always happy with the end result. Andy is so good at what he does! He knows what’s best for your hair. I have frizzy, damaged hair so it’s really hard for me to get a service without severely damaging my hair. I just tell him what I like and recommends which service or treatment will work for your hair condition to achieve the desired result. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and offers you drinks while in the salon. No surprise or extra charges at the end. Thanks Ido Hair, will definitely come back.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Great service and quality - From the moment you walk in the gentlemen were very hospitable, they took my bag and coat and put it away in the cupboard whilst you take a seat. My hairstylist Alex did an amazing job on my haircut, absolutely everything I was hoping! He’s extremely passionate about his work and I felt very confident after my haircut. I have been to over 4 different salons in Brisbane and each time I’ve asked for a trim with soft layers and feathered I always end up with a straight cut that was hardly layered with the scissors at the ends…. I've been to I DO HAIR and let me tell you the whole staff are absolutely amazing, super nice, easy to talk to and very informative of the process I was going to do. The whole staff are friendly, welcoming and professional and skilful too. The goal was to get to bleach black and cover bright ash brown and my hair was literally pitch black, and they achieved it in one appointment. Andy is so knowledgeable, thank you for all the advice you gave to me in terms of products and ways to treat my hair. I highly recommend I DO HAIR. I now never have to question and stress about where I can get my hair done again.  My whole experience with this salon was delightful, to say the least. Thank you I DO HAIR.

Such good experience with great suggestions. My stylist stepped through each procedure, giving reassurance each time so I understand what the whole process is. Most of the other salons have given me different advices on hair colour straight off the bat, but it doesn't even suit my skin tone. The price is quite reasonable for hair cut, treatment, and colour as well!

Total life savers, 3 days out from Qixi Festival and my hair was a whole mess until I came in today for a walk in, the team at Ido hair Brisbane were extremely friendly and accommodating considering I didn't have an appointment. Great bleach tone and cut. Highly recommend as they are highly skilled at what they do and very welcoming. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel very comfortable. To be honest I usually hate going to hairdressers as I have social anxiety however this salon is extremely private and very calming. Ido hair Brisbane is definitely one of the hidden gems of Brisbane. Thank you so much for today I cannot thank you enough.

The best hairdresser I’ve ever been to! Me and my friend had a cut and blow dry there, and had the most beautiful experience ever. The service was great, and the result of their work as absolutely mind blowing!!! We both got exactly what we wanted and our hair cuts and hair styling was just gorgeous! Highly recommend this place!

My first and probably the last review that I'll leave on Google. They have terrible customer service, super overpriced and have a dishonest business culture. Before me was a young lady who got a haircut and the young Korean male hairdresser was very friendly towards her. As soon as it was time to get my hair cut, I got the silent treatment. Felt very awkward to be there. I was charged $38.57 on card for a 13 minutes haircut after waiting for 15 minutes which I didn't think much of. But then a friend of mine told me that he gets his haircuts there for $31 on cash and even gets his hair washed- which may be because he booked in advance. But still, I was never offered any of these things and options. As for me, the guy forgot to even wipe the hair from my face properly so he did it for me while I was standing... The haircut was ok, but everything else was bad. I will never go back :  **Edit** I understand that I have misunderstood some things regarding the way you run things. I apologize for that. The review is here to stay and won't be deleted based off the customer service I have received. For your clarification, the lady before me also spoke in English while I actually spoke in fluent Korean, so making the language barrier an excuse for poor customer service doesn't work here. It's just about making that little bit more of an effort to be friendly to everyone regardless of gender, age and etc. I generally wish for all businesses to do well, including I Do Hair, but this was just my experience. Came in for my first hair bleaching experience a week ago and everyone in the team is very friendly. I highly recommend Alex from here! He was entertaining and  did amazing with my hair. Also was incredibly patient and went out of his way throughout the 6 hours process to provide the best result and service possible.
