About our wine
Our Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked from our estate and sold exclusively in our cellar door and served in our restaurant. In developing our wine, our first consideration is simply to make wines that people will love to drink – that means fresh and vibrant with lively fruit character and enough structure to ensure they stand the test of time. Our second criteria is to create wines that go wonderfully well with food, as eating and drinking is a high priority at Immerse.

Wow - where to begin!
From the moment we walked into Immerse, we knew it would be the perfect wedding venue. The staff made things so easy in the lead up to the wedding, ensuring all the important details were covered, and being flexible with last minute changes. On the day, the staff were so attentive to the bridal party who got ready at Immerse, and coordinated perfectly with our photographer, celebrant, hair and make up and florist, and made sure everything ran to time. With two perfect ceremony options (chapel and outdoors), we chose to have an outdoor wedding, and Immerse supported us with this despite the chance of rain. The reception was perfect, and the food and wine were absolutely delicious, with all of our guests complimenting them. Of particular note were the meals for those with dietary requirements - these guests were particularly impressed! Additionally, the accommodation was excellent and all of our guests weee happy with the level of service and support.

Most importantly to mention are Katie and Cara - these two ladies require a huge thank you! They were absolutely fantastic in the lead up to the day and throughout the actual day, and went above and beyond for us. From fluffing out my dress, to helping our puppies pose for photos, to holding my dress and an umbrella while I ran through the rain! We have so many special memories and these two ladies were a huge part of that! 

We cannot thank Immerse enough for our amazing day, and we would definitely recommend this venue to everyone, both for weddings and for a beautiful lunch in the Yarra Valley!

Immerse is an incredible venue! The venue it situated in the most stunning location, which provided the most amazing photo opportunities, and offers ceremony options to suit all weather conditions. We opted for the spacious and air conditioned chapel with floor to ceiling windows behind which offered so much natural light.  The staff all worked together to ensure our experience was stress free from start to finish, nothing was too hard for them! The meals were generous portion sizes, and absolutely delicious. As was the wine. We can't wait to go back for our anniversaries, and can't thank the staff enough for ensuring our day was absolutely perfect.

Best spot in the Yarra Valley, a must visit. Great view and surroundings. They have a rose garden that leads to a lovely small rotunda.  Wines are great and have a wide variety and brands. Staff is phenomenal and very friendly.

We had our wedding at Immerse and it was absolutely magical!! Perfect location, beautiful venue and accommodation onsite, friendly and helpful staff, with delicious food and wine! We were so happy with the service at Immerse from our initial contact, to planning all the details. They were always friendly, approachable and responded to our questions so quickly! Thank you for having us and helping us plan our dream wedding, we look forward to celebrating our anniversaries at Immerse!

Just amazing! We could not be happier with the team at Immerse from our first visit to when we checked out after our wedding everyone was fantastic. During the planning they made sure we had everything under control. On the day the attention to detail was amazing, both the reception hall and chapel were prepared to our needs with all our decorations set out perfectly. All the food was great including all the meals for those with dietary requirements, I was very impressed that all the staff made sure to remember what everyone was drinking as we had the extended drinks package. A big thank you to everyone who made our day perfect!
