Bit strange that peak periods were identified and communicated about possible waits. But why not anticipate and cater for them to provide excellent experience for customers.nnBooking a table at restaurant and on arrival informed we were booked in bistro.??? Fortunately we were given a choice to sit in restaurant but table required in an hour. That was ok for is, but perhaps not a 5 star experience.nnI had the duck which was cooked well but lacked acceptable sides. Two slices of breast was served with chunky potato chips. Not really prime dining.nMy wife had the pea risotto which was one dimensional but enjoyable. Accompanied by zucchini fritters which were neither here nor there.nnThe wine selection was good!
Enjoyed a 2 nights stay. The king room was spacious and clean. Kangaroos and ducks on and near the pond was interesting to watch. The indoor pool was huge for a hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The undercover parking was a bonus. Close to many sightseeing attractions. Blue Lotus Water Gardens was truly worth a visit
Took my wife to Healesville for her birthday!nNot only did they upgrade us, they also gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and a hand written birthday card.nThe faculties were great, breakfast was delicious, vines were relaxed. Steam room and sauna, epic, room service a++.nWe will definitely visit again.nThank you so much for making our stay so Pleasant!
We had a great time at RACV the facility was clean. My bathroom could have used a deep clean and the carpet is a little stained but it’s acceptable.nThe view was fantastic from my room.nGreat steam and sauna facilitynThe breakfast in the morning is below par!!!nThe restaurant riddles green is somewhat acceptable but the staff in there are a little lost and the food is hit and miss !nnAll in all a 3-4 star experience.
Wonderful one night mid week stay. Great food at riddles green for dinner. Lovely room with view of lake which was especially beautiful at sunrise. Easy walk into town and very reasonable price. Love the slippers and dressing gown.
