Very disappointed, 
My partner and I arrived late afternoon to an empty reception desk with all lights switched off in the room. We waited around an hour with trying multiple of times to get in contact with the owners during that hour, but we only got was a voice mail. We left our contact details with the voice mail and we a yet to hear back from them (4 days ago now). This experience was very disappointing. 

(Side note) the place looked really good, the animals were cute, but it's a shame the way it ended.
