Range of products available. A little confusing to get around due to the layout which is why I only gave a 4 star. But pretty good, can find heaps of stuff to purchase and friendly staff as well.

My house is full of ikea furniture soft furnishings etc. Im a gun at following their instruction manuals. But my reason for going there after furnishing my house is lunch and their serviettes. Yip large soft multi coloured serviettes. I try really hard to only buy those,but have failed every time.
Wow so. I really don’t know where to start to be honest.nnGoing on the weekend is not for the weak it is crazy busy and with people wandering around with no care in the world.nnHas everything you need very easy to flow to find your things.nnClick and collect, delivery and a food hall with plenty of parking.nnStaff are top notch
Products are great, delivery is a nightmare!!!nnI had some Pax wardrobes delivered because they are big bulky items. The delivery contractor they used KINGS were the absolute worst!!! They were rude because they had to do the delivery in batches to safely fit the wardrobes into the lift and they were not happy, despite us paying for this service. They were also really rough and damaged an emergency exit light and some of the lights in the lift as the swung the Pax wardrobes over their shoulders then shoved them into the lift. I know these wardrobes fit in the lift without needing to damage the lights because other delivery people have delivered them without incident and we have taken up a unit ourselves. nWhen I raised the issue with Ikea and gave them the invoice for the repairs for reimbursement, they told us that Kings would be the one to deal with this. Kings did not. They basically called me a liar and said without CCTV footage of the drivers actually doing the damage they were not going to refund the cost of the repairs.nI went back to Ikea because they were the ones who we paid for delivery and they agreed at every turn that I should be refunded. even spoke with the Perth Branch Manager who said he would look into it, but no one gets back to you and you really only have the call centre to deal with so every time you call up looking to see where we are at with the claim you end up getting someone new and a new story.nJUST BE WARNED!!! If you are accepting a delivery from Ikea, make sure you video the delivery of your goods so you have video evidence of the drivers making the damage, or you will not be supported. It is not in their terms of service that you need to do this but it is impossible to get ANY traction without it so having video evidence may help. This repair was only for $250 but when you add this to the delivery fee, my time to chase this up and the stress it has caused, the real cost has been so much higher. We now hire a van and pick up our bulky items ourselves because hiring a van for the day ends up being cheaper and easier than using the Ikea delivery service.nI have also put photos of the Kings drivers we had problems with so if they turn up to your property, don't let them on to your property and call IKEA and tell them these drivers are trespassed and to send other drivers.nnAs of today I still do not have a name or number of anyone from IKEA to liaise with about this and they have after speaking with the call centre again today they have referred me back to the courier company so looks like no resolution is in sight. If you are in PERTH, please be aware.
