Fantastic place. There is only one in the state of Western Australia but is well worth the drive. The meals were inexpensive and very yummy. The range of products for the home was very inspiring and help our dream of what different things we can do to our home. Saturday lunchtime is very busy but well worth while. I am looking forward to coming back one day soon.

A large shop for household items. You will find everything that you need from bedroom to kitchen and bathroom; even a very small piece of item. A good range of choices. I would say prices are reasonable. However, they need focus on customer service particularly in check out counters. You may need to wait in a long queue due to few counters and slow serving.

Moving into a new place I've had to come to IKEA several times and I have to say I've been really pleased with the experience. I've had to return things which have been taken back without any discussion. I've had to have things delivered which was easy to organise and they guys had delivered and left by 7:30am which is amazing. I also added to the order once I got back home and that was easy. I couldn't recommend IKEA more. I love the fact you can sit down and eat something healthy while there as I always spend so much time there when I go.

Really disappointed. Just moved from the UK, where I was used to shopping in IKEA, but the IKEA Perth was shocking. Brought loads of stuff, and when I got to the check out was first told I couldn’t use the cardboard boxes (the fold out ones) to store the mugs I brought as they were only for wine glasses. Then told I couldn’t buy the plates I had brought because the mug weren’t the matching set. Literally said I couldn’t have them and took them off the me. Told me that I was “wrong” to have picked up two different sets. I know little things but really felt let down customer service. I mean how hard would it have said we normally don’t let you mix sets but we will put them through this time.

It's always a bit exhausting to shop at Ikea, but they do have a good selection but staff are very hard to find as is finding your way around the store. Today I purchased some glasses, the bases of these glasses have been sitting in water since I arrived home in an effort to remove the stickers on the bottom. I've just had a go at removing one using a knife to scrap it off. I have glasses that are several years old & they still have the stickers on them as I just couldn't be bothered spending the time necessary to remove them. Why do you do this? There are so many easily removable stickers available. Are the stickers supposed to last longer than the product - extremely annoying but easily fixed by your company.
