Beautifully kept supermarket, very fresh crisp veggies, fabulous fruit range. Amazing Deli! Service is fantastic! Cannot fault this store at all. Happy to stop and shop as I pass through.

I shop at IGA Mount Coolum daily and enjoy the great range and convenience. Unfortunately many of the staff are surly and rude,  I have often wondered if they all belong to a sect as they seem to view customers as the enemy yet are happy to take their money.

the staff are great just got to ask for help if that staff member does not know they will get somebody that knows should get should get a great A GREAT XMAS PRESENT

Staff treat the customer like the enemy. But the store has some great stock! The only thing that keeps me coming back. Staff training on customer service is needed.

Love this local supermarket. Great range, good specials and lovely staff.

It's a White IGA bigger buying power and they pass on there saving , the fruit & veg where fresh

I have given a better review in the past but I must say over the past 6 to 12 months things have changed.  Staff are very unhelpful & bordering on rude.  Most staff that is, there are a couple that are quite outstanding.  Some of your young employees could do with a few lessons in customer service.  I'm not a hard person to please but your young staff are barely able to smile let alone be helpful.  Sometimes your made feel like your intruding on their personal time when they have to serve you.  Same situation occurs at the other whites IGA stores.  Maybe there is a training or recruitment issue.  Kind regards

Great range of big name brands as well as local produce. Hot food and a huge deli. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only let down is the prices : Much higher than the other big 3.
