I would like to thank Bailey for his excellent customer service. I had to purchase some items for my injured neighbour and there were articles I had no idea of where they would be found. He whizzed around in no time as he knew where they all were.Not enough can be said of his attentiveness and great knowledge of the store.Please pass on my sincere appreciation to this wonderful young man.Kind regards Baz.
Saturday 28th June,I have just been in Coles Coolum,I was served by Andrew....Wow,What a breath of fresh air,great conversationalist,Great Service,He was brilliant,Well Done Andrew
Quite a few items on special weren't available. Rubbish in trolleys. Not a large Coles so not the range of a normal Coles. Targeted to the tourist rather than the residents. As limited space, not all specials available, and normally empty. Some non-special items were spread out into the special items space so be careful when choosing so you don't get caught picking up items that you think are on special when not. Due to drought & supply issues, no broccoli, cauliflower was green as well as the bananas. No mushrooms again. Missing pork items as well. Smaller gluten free range.
Oh Coles...you really are pushing the buttons of the Federal Government, ASIC and yes me.nIts's boycott time.nCurrently under review for price gouging, misleading marketing, etc, I am now done with them, permanently.nPlease see the attached photo of their 'Special'. Bulla 2 litre ice cream varieties.n$8.00. A fantasy saving of $3.00 from the apparently usual price of $11.00.nColes Coolum, with your poor customer service, leaking fridges, low levels of stock and blatant false 'specials' i say good bye.nI encourage others to do the same.nI am sure excuses like new staff, parts and stock shortages will be discussed, however the evidence is there.nAldi here i come.
