This store is terrible!! No tags to compare prices of eggs and toilet paper.nThe vegetable quality is low such as soft onions brown on the inside, unripe over priced tomatoes. Your choice is so limited mostly Cole’s low quality brand. Watery meat. Don’t bother trying to find service it’s not there as they’re understaffed. Don’t go to the service desk unless you have 20 minutes to spare. The staff are nice but not enough of them. Get meat from a real butcher, groceries from the green grocers and bread from a real bakery. Overall off day the quality of their food is very poor. Double thumbs down for this store

Great variety of goods.nFruit and vegies not as well priced or fresh as local markets.nParking plentiful and close to exits. Staff efficient.

Quite a few items on special weren't available. Rubbish in trolleys. Not a large Coles so not the range of a normal Coles. Targeted to the tourist rather than the residents. As limited space, not all specials available, and normally empty.  Some non-special items were spread out into the special items space so be careful when choosing so you don't get caught picking up items that you think are on special when not. Due to drought & supply issues, no broccoli, cauliflower was green as well as the bananas. No mushrooms  again. Missing pork items as well. Smaller gluten free range.

I will start with that Fraser is an excellent example of what customer service should be in supermarkets to which these days are non existent. I visited Coles Coolum after work to get some fresh dog food. The fridge was empty. No signs saying out of order management issue or seek assistance from a team member, which would have been helpful to know.nI approached Fraser who at the time was filling selves. I asked if they had ran out of product. Fraser asked what brand and product I was after and asked me to wait while he had a look. Fraser came out of the stockroom with exactly what I was after. What made my experience perfect with Fraser was the can do attitude, politeness and genuine want to assist. I told him he was amazing for this and he replied “you are very welcome and I hope you have a good night”. What a gentleman.nWell done Fraser and thank you.
