Great customer service. Two sweet young ladies who took the time to help me with my sunglasses selection, they were patient in explaining each one's differences and provided me with amazing service different to and better than any other optometrist stores I've been to. Will definitely visit again.
Poor customer service. Phoned a girl to send details of my eye test to my email and they ignored my request the first time. So I phoned second time and she told me that she threw away the paper with my details so I had to tell her my details again, yet I still haven’t received the info I needed at the end of the day.
Joanna is really friendly and provides great service! I've been going here for many years for check ups and contacts, and can't recommend them enough.
This is the best optical store I have ever shopped for. The variety, the price, most importantly the quality of the glasses are impeccable, also great location, very convenient. The manager Joanna is such a nice lady and extremely helpful, you can always count on her to find the glasses that suit you the best. I also need to give a special mention to the optometrist Delia who goes above and beyond to help her customers. She insisted on doing a thorough test on me when she suspected there were issues with my eyes, I was in the end diagnosed with severe glaucoma and undergone two major operations since, thanks to her diligence I was able to retain the rest of my vision. I don't understand why people get angry when they were not serviced promptly, I am sure there is a reason that you were not attended to immediately and of course, no one bothers to check why and the easiest thing was to give a bad rating on google review and I think that is very irresponsible. So to you who is reading my review, please give this store a visit and you will not regret your decision.
No customer service whatsoever. Wanted to try some new frames and the sales lady just opened the cabinet and walked off. She then proceeded to converse on her phone unrelated to the store. I was the only customer in store so can't even use the excuse chaotic to excuse their poor manners. Will definitely be searching for a new optometrist. It's a shame since I've always gone to a icontact for over a decade
I do not know which laboratory iContact send their prescription frames to, but I found the craftmanship of my pair of rimless glasses to be almost perfect. Thank you.
