Five stars for quality customer service from the frame and how it suits my style and face. Through to the eye test which was so thorough, taking into consideration my work and lifestyle. I even try them on before I leave the store to ensure it's all good. I haven't seen such thorough service for years! They care so much about what you choose and I adore my new glasses! Hands down nicest pair I've ever owned! And also the people who have served me are great fun, I wouldn't hesitate reccomending anyone in need of new glasses. You will walk out feeling a million bucks and excited about your new pair!
I felt misled, as when I went for an eye test I asked specifically what the out of pocket cost would be, I was told $27 after the Medicare rebate. After the eye examination I was charged an extra $60. It was for a service which at the time I thought was part of the eye examination, the extra amount of $60 was not discussed with me. Be careful.

Great customer service by Eyedentity Carnegie. I was referred by a friend and from the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. The staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Kosta for his great customer service and his attention to detail. HIghly recommend and will now not go anywhere else. Will recommend to friends/colleagues in my local area. Fantastic service. Both Valery and Peter were lovely and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! Eyedentity have the friendliest and helpful staff. Every appointment there has been fantastic. I'm sad I've left the area and will have to find a replacement optition. Thanks to all staff for always bringing a smile to my face. Especially Valerie!
