Got given the sample frame instead of the new ordered frame because the sales rep couldn’t be bothered to adjust the frame. He even switched out the original nose pads and threw them away, lying outright that the original nose pads were Specsavers’s brand instead of the frame’s brand. After everything, my new frames had a lot of scratches from the rough handling. They used to be really good, now it’s just gone downhill. Wouldn’t go back to them anymore in the future.

We have been to this store for a while (seems over 10 years). I was not impressed by the last service by the optometrist and customer service. She was rushing me out and the total time I spent with her is less than 5 minutes. It seemed as if she wanted to get as many patients as possible for her book. She then 'pushed' me to the customer service girl who was so eager to use all my bonus of my private insurance. Today I was in the store to pick up my son's glasses. An ethnic woman without customer service training 'assisted' me. She made a point that I need to make an appointment and asked me to check and look at the message on my mobile phone. I have never been asked or informed to make an appointment all these years. I told her that I was there only to pick and not for 'fit in'. I found out from other staff that Priya was not a manager or an optometrist (as the superior behaviour she had displayed), but a back office person who was assisting that day. No wonder, no customer service friendliness or training, obviously. That will be the last time I go there. You have lost my business, my close and extended families whom will I definitely tell eagerly.

Worst experience ever.I will never go there again as I went to the shop to get my eye test done and get a new pair of glasses. three people, including optometrist were impatient to me. Everyone made me feeling I owe them money! I just try to figure out what the correct lens I should get this time in comparison with previous one, but they barely reluctantly explained anything to me, the receptionist was rude and keep rolling eyes when I asked if I want to use my own frame. I decide not to going forward with them because I am not paying my money to feel uncomfortable.

I had a problems with my sunny frame as I asked them to fix it. the Store Manager Sujar took them to the back to fix. came back home to find out that he has given me the used frame instead of the new frame. im going to take thia furthur. shiftiness doesn't go with me. couldn't fix the frame to fit my face. couldn't use my new glasses as it give me a strange visions. never had this problems any where else. customer services were horrible. the store manager Sujar wasn't helpful. never come back

This store has the nicest staff, provides fast, efficient, professional and friendly customer service. All price range offers stylish products, so you won't have to compromise on anything! Highly recommended :)
