I took a bikini back on Thursday just to change the top as I noticed once I got home that the top was size S and the bottoms size M.  The label hanging down on the hanger both pieces had been placed on said M so I just bought it as I've had bikinis from there before and M fits perfectly.  Well this rude, arrogant and up herself assistant wasn't having any of it and said there was no way I could change it for the correct one and didn't seem to understand that the pieces had been placed wrongly together on the hanger. I told her I hadn't and didn't need to try it on, I just knew the top would be too small and just needed a straight swap. She continued to patronize me loudly in front of other customers so I asked to see the manager. I was in total shock when she told me she was the manager! Her absolute lack of experience in customer service and problem solving scored a big fat ZERO! Now I was stuck with a bikini that wouldn't fit anyone! And to top it all off wait for it... she then told me to buy another one of the same bikini so that I would have both pieces the same size!!! Bahahaha!!! BIG FAIL you silly silly girl!  ICE I love your clothes but seriously need to employ decent human beings!

Absolutely appalled by the ice manager Thursday morning. Shop was ment to open at 10am doors didn't open till10:30 the alcoholic state in which she was in and her breath smelling of alcohol I was not quite sure if I was entering a night club or a clothing store. Was going to spend a bit of money as the clothes are nice inside but I think she needed four coffees to wake up before assisting me. I think the owner of the shop should take a good look at the people working there. You're loosing MONEY $$$

Rudest, arrogant and racists costumer service I've ever experienced in my life. I waited for 10 mins for this middle age botox queen lady but there is no line of people waiting. She waited that long until the other girl told her to serve me while the other girl serve the other costumer. While this lady is scanning the cloths i wanted to buy, i was asking the prices, she answer me rudely with an arrogant attitude voice, then I payed what i bought, she hand me the receipt and waited for me to pick up the cloths i just bought and put on my bags, i ask for bags for the clothes then she hand me an old bag without putting my items so i had to put them my self. As i was walking out she saw the bag i got and shouted that i have a bag that is from a different shop. I was wanted to buy another dress but after that experience I will never step another foot on that store while that bitter botox queen is working there.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I love Ice stores & was appalled by the extremely poor service I received today. I waited at the counter for several minutes while the girl that was working stood around talking to one of the other girls that wasn't actually working. Once she realised I was standing there she walked over to serve me and never said a word. Just continued to talk to the other girl and took her sweet time. She then handed me my bag once it was packed and turned her back to continue chatting. I have never received such rude service in my life!

Bought a winter coat/jacket and the buttons were not sewed on proply they were happy to give us a refund but it was nice so she gave us $4.00 off it and reduced it to $35.95 but they should have done better

Worst service ever!!! The two girls thought they were gods gift to the universe. If there was a Botox clinic at the gold coast it would be it the ice store. It is more run like a brothel then a shop.  The attitude of the girls there is discusting there mobile phones were more important then customer service. Waited for 10 mins for service then while she served me she decides to answer her mobile phone to a bf or something

Partner and I went in around 8:00pm she was looking at a jumpsuit one of the workers came up to us almost straight away and greeted us and pointed her to some more and the change rooms she was happy with the clothes she found went to buy it very friendly had a conversation about our stay even went out of her way to look around for some more clothes stores guy related would definitely recommend

I came in early at 1000 hrs to buy a dress. The staff didnt open the door till 1020. We were waiting outside since the morning. Very irresponsible staff.

Amazing shop with great customer service and wide variety of clothing!
