I don't usually write reviews, but when I went into the Redbank Urban Wear store earlier tonight, I just had to share my experience. I had very little idea of what I wanted exactly, but the customer service I was given was flawless. Never thought walking into the store, that I would spend the money I did. I would definitely go again, and have already recommended it to other people!

AMAZING service! Special shout of to Tiffany. I had just had a baby and being a bit uncomfortable with my body at the moment, I was on the look out for some comfortable clothes to wear. Tiffany made me feel so comfortable when it came to finding clothes for me and helping me with sizes. So happy with the new items to add to the wardrobe. I’ll be coming back to stock up for winter very soon!

Have to say, the service I have received tonight was great! I can see the genuine care the staff have for their customers and the moment I requested assistance, someone was there to help. Plus the music is a vibe.

I went into just look at urban Wear at Redbank plaza, Tiffeny who served me, was very very Nice and so helpful  I wasn’t planning on buying but the  customer service she provided was so amazing I couldn’t walk out empty handed … thank you so much Tiffeny, your smile is contagious and you’re an asset to the company.

Great store could do with more price bundles and discounts compared to culture kings, still great but reason for 2 star went in the other day and asked the 2nd girl behind the counter for the price of the timberlands instead she grabbed them off the shelf and when I said no just want the price she gave a real bad look, and wasn't friendly at all compared to the other worker, somewhat hostile and judgemental towards me and my mate who I was with. Still recommend but customer service from a particular someone needs to be better that that.

As a big dude, it's been hard finding good clothes in Aus, for so long id have to get stuff from overseas/back home in NZ til I found Urbanwear. So much fireeee clothing/good prices. The staff are always so good/helpful and just generally pleasant to be around when you're in the store - def recommend this store to anyone

I just bought a reusable musk on 21 may 2020 time 7.40pm for $19.99 and the sales girl fail to tell me that this musk can be loose in size or features. Within 15 min i return back and they did not refund me. Well i just wasted $20.00. This guys are failed in displaying musk features and size before customer buys it. The manager were not usefull enough to talk about return policy and sale's girl is not efficient to address my issue....You will find jokers working here...like robot saying buy from us and forget getting back refund. I am sure i will get and smart reply from their head soon on this feed back... what else can be expected from them

Wanna be culture king's went into buy somethink for my bf for Christmas and the prices are way over priced you can go online and get stuff cheaper sent here from China pretty much .. or just go into culture king's and more anyway as you get discounts and good special buys ..

Great store, love the layout and the products they have! Definitely a go to!
