The clothes are always wonderful from this store. A lot of timeless pieces but with a modern twist. Upmarket with a moderate to low pricetag for the quality and usefulness of their garments. Always amazing service from the staff and always come out with a new favourite garment or accessory. The place to go for women's formal wear and cocktail attire you can guarantee no one has ever seen before.
Always the best customer service at this store!! Kiralee is a true gem and not only remembered my name after 4-5 months, but also remembered which clothes I purchased last time and went out of her way to hunt down the matching skirt for me! She goes above and beyond to pick out options tailored to your style and body type and is incredibly warm and attentive. Sheike Indooroopilly is my go to store and they should be very proud of their high calibre staff
Tee from the Indooroopilly location was an angel for last minute styling me for NYE. I had a time limit and she was able to not only handle my rush, but also style me so effortlessly. I received so many compliments from the dress she chose which I would have never picked from the rack if it wasn't for her. Tee is the reason I always feel welcome to shop at Sheike :
When ever I have an event big or small this is always my first stop. In all my years of shopping at sheike, I always notice how friendly and helpful staff are. I also notice that they treat everyone the same regardless of age and size. I often feel too old now to walk into some shops and usually get ignored but the ladies at sheike always make me feel welcome and will always persist to help find something I like. I love that they suggest new things I wouldn't normally go for and help with accessories.
I think it's very important to recognise excellent customer service. I would like to take the time out of my busy day to thank Chelsea and Victoria who I believe went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a special event coming up. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to sing their praises.
I have been to Indooroopilly many times before and have always loved it. Friendly staff, great service and welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately my last visit here was appalling. There had obviously been an unpleasant experience with an unhappy customer before I walked in and instead of what seemed to be the ‘manager’ pull aside the team member that this directly involved to a quiet area she felt the need to question, accuse and embarrass this poor staff member in front of a busy store of customers. This came at the detriment that a lady was in the change room and kept having to interrupt their heated discussion to ask for sizes which was uncomfortable to watch, let alone experience. The only redeeming factor is that the staff member kept her head held high and right after this poor excuse for a manger finished her lecture she came right over and introduced herself to me and asked if I needed anything. I have been served by this same lady in multiple visits and she has always been a pleasure to deal with and did not need a public lecture. This was a conversation that should have been done in a private place and been more constructive and reflective, instead of such an accusatory way. As we all know ‘the customer is not always right’ and there are 3 sides to a story, so management should be a little more empathetic.
10/10 service from Chelsea and the new girl today. So patient and showed me so many styles I wouldn’t dare try on else where. Such a great shopping experience for a mum who hardly goes out. Thank you ladies.

A big, HUGE thank you to Chelsea and Laura at Sheike Indooroopilly, their level of customer service was beyond! Professional, personable - they know their product and how to style their customer. I left with a great frock for the Polo with earrings to match. Perfect! Thank you ladies, you’re a great asset to the Sheike brand.
I love buying dresses at sheike and have been to mostly gardens city and Indooroopilly centre . For some reason yesterday one of the girl named Laura was extremely rude ! I took 1 dresse , 1 tip and 1 skirt to her and asked could you please check Each of those ones prices as they were 20 percent off . In reply she said”these are itemised n difficult for her to check prices !!!” she kept on giving weird reactions and make me feel that I was wasting her time which is funny cz I bought 2 of them ! garden city s customer service is so good compared to Indooroopilly s one . Really disappointed at her behaviour .
