I have been in this store twice now and both times the girls have been so welcoming and helpful, even though they are so busy. I brought some items today and had to return an online purchase, which was no problem at all to use the credit on my purchase today, I was served by Emily, who was amazing and made the process so easy. 1 item they didn’t have my size but Emily called another store who had it and put it on hold for me to call later today and purchase. I found both times in store they have had a great range of sizes and if not on the floor they have it out the back or in a different colour to try!
I order from Dissh online a lot - therefore, I often have to do exchanges or returns in person. Every time I’ve come in I’ve had the same girl help me dark brown hair and pale skin - I don’t know her name and she’s always been super friendly and polite. The other employees have also been nice - I’ve just always been helped by that one girl. I personally have never had a negative experience with the employees or shopping.
AVOID THIS SHOP!!! Absolute rudest and meanest staff. They will bully you, talk down at you, make you feel like you’re not good enough and like you’re nothing. They know exactly what they’re doing it’s like they get enjoyment out of belittling customers. I would give zero stars if I could
The store manager should check their employees on their behaviour and attitude. I was more than happy to spend my money their but after being ignored and rudely stared down, I had to leave. Appalling.
Worst experience ever! I really like clothes in this shop but stuff extremely rude, I don’t think I’ll come back ever again.
The staff here are EXTREMELY rude & inconsiderate! This brand has no size diversity, if you want your feelings crushed because you are on the bigger side go here!

Customer Service was appalling. I had tried a piece on that unfortunately did not fit, and was told that they had none of my sizes left in stock in store and online. I later found that they indeed had my size available in store and online. The stores staff had made me feel as if I wasn’t worthy enough to wear their products and treated me with disrespect. Although the piece I want to purchase is in stock, I will definitely not be purchasing from a company that allows their customers to be treated this way.
I was served by an older looking woman in store with dark hair she was rude and dismissive after I asked a very simple return policy question. The customer service is appalling, and the product is overpriced copies. I'd rather walk around the corner to Silk Laundry / Assembly Label and receive boutique service and better quality product.
