Just went to Flower Child for the 1st time today, and... WOW! I was blown away by the wide selection they had! Especially in the clothing section, there were so many styles from each era... So many cool things! And, the staff are very nice I'll definitely be back!
One of my go to places especially for taking out of town friends and family. You can really get lost in all the awesome vintage furniture and clothing! I took off one star because while the inventory is AWESOME, most of the staff are not very friendly and can actually be quite rude. I don't know if it's because they're sick of people trying haggle or something but they just do not have the time of day for customers. But it doesn't keep me from coming back because the store is just too cool!
Flower Child is fantastic, even if you're not interested in buying anything although you should!, the shop feels like a museum. There are so many items from various time periods and I was surprised by the huge amount of clothing and inclusive sizing. You can tell they actually care about the value of the vintage items and they are priced fairly. I found a vintage train case for $28 that I've wanted for a long time. I will definitely be back, for clothes, furniture, records, decor, kitchen appliances.. they have everything! Very friendly and helpful staff. This place is a gem.
Everyone should visit at least once. Awesome vintage pieces including furnishings, decor, jewelry, knick knacks, and clothes. Great for unique gifts.
This was such a great find!! My family and I were consignment shopping in Lakewood and the guy who owns Throwbacks recommended we check this place out, I am so glad he did! It was MASSIVE, and so fun to walk through... I was so impressed by the amount and quality of items they had! I will definitely be back when I am in town!
Cute lil vintage shop. The basement is hugeeeee and they have a ton of vintage clothes. Prices are reasonable and the selection is great! Awesome furniture too!
