After being a long time online Blue Bungalow customer today I went in for the first time to the Eagle Farm store. The whole team were super attentive and helpful. Rachel was so warm and and absolutely helpful. Facing some health challenges I went in to treat myself to some new garments. Leisa and Rachel showed me incredible kindness today that will never be forgotten. These ladies are beautiful inside and out! Thank you for making such a beautiful community.

I have been a fairly regular shopper at Blue Bungalow for some time. The location at Eagle Farm is ideal - plenty of parking and easy to get to. The range of clothing and accessories is fantastic - as well as the ability to get my size/colour sent from the warehouse behind the shop in a short time. This makes it very easy to shop.nI enjoy going there and being looked after by friendly staff who really want the customer to go away happy with their purchase.

I've been admiring these clothes online and popped into the store today. The material of the dresses I was after was much nicer than I expected- very soft and excellent quality.nHowever, the staff are also making this place a stand out. There are plenty of them on hand, and they are genuinely wanting to assist. They are not pushy but kind and helpful. I have not ever experienced such fabulous service before and this made it an enjoyable visit.

I have been shopping at Blue Bungalow for a while now.  The clothes are a lovely quality and I can usually find exactly what I am looking for.  The delivery speed shocks me every time - I think I have received next day delivery with every order. I just had to do a return - the process is so easy and the way they do their lovely eco cardboard packaging - you just reuse that and pop it back at the post office with your return label - as the post office scans it - your credit is available on the website. A wonderful place to shop!

Exceptional customer service! I had to exchange an item due to size and received the replacement 24 hours after lodging the return with Auspost. The items are of great quality and super comfortable to wear. All in all a fantastic experience!
