Accommodation ok Meals need a good look at Not much to choose from Tasted most things and seriously wonder if management have as some is nearly inedible. Its a basic menu. You need more variety Even a beef schnitzel instead of just offering chicken. Need for normal salt shaker on tables as who want chunks of rock salt on their food, grinder doesnt allow fine salt. Bar tends to run out of beer consistently. I realise its hard in an outback facility but seriously you shouldn't run out when u can restock daily. Staff trying there best with what they have.

An adequate place to stay but unfortunately, Katherine has very little to offer. Some plaster on the walls to cover up the bricks would improve the place and have a less prison cell feeling. Staff are friendly. On the last night approx 2:30am, fire alarms went off and no after hours number to find out what was happening. No one from reception bothered to inform guests about the problem until we were checking out.

Stayed here numerous times with work and found the rooms to be clean, food was nice and staff to be very helpful and friendly!

Hard working friendly staff, especially the manager and the chef. The Ibis is old, but clean, well maintained and has secure parking. The restaurant does breakfast and dinner, but not lunches. Their dinner menu is small and simple but is very tasty. They have a small but sufficient continental breakfast (no cheeses, pastries or cold meats) or an optional cooked breakfast.
