Rude staff from both the Norwood and Prospect stores. Staff members walked past me while I was holding shoes wanting to try on and when i finally received assistance the lady didnt even make eye contact when she gave me the shoes and didn't bother to check how i was going. I left both feeling disrespected and deflated. Went to the Frankie 4 store in Hyde Park where i received fantastic assistance from their team.

Oh my gosh I went to the Norwood store yesterday and walked out with 2 amazing pairs of shoes.,which is amazing as I wear a size 12!! The service was exemplary I will definitely be back. Thank you

I luv  Ian's Shoes.  Good Customer service. Have had my shoes replaced due to manufacturer falt. The store posted out my order. As I get older, I need good shoes for my feet

I hope you don't close your Unley & Glenelg stores because I won't return to Norwood. I don't expect sales staff to be friendly or always having a good day, but I also don't expect to feel as though I am in trouble for trying to buy shoes in a shoe shop. The assistant was contrary and made a point of telling me she was about to close, but she was the one who kept me waiting when it was time to pay & she was the reason I couldn't leave before 5.30.

The customer service here is appalling. A few words come to mind... condescending, pretentious, mean and unhelpful. My wife went here to purchase some shoes with our young son and she was reduced to tears by the conduct of the sales staff. I would suggest that people go a few doors down to Shouz's. Doris was amazing... she comforted her, helped her and sold her a brilliant pair of shoes. Give this place a miss.

Bought a pair of shoes not even after a month the back of them have worn out, the polish has come off from both sides. Expensive leather pair of shoes. Not happy with the customer service

Have been going here for many years. Number of styles in store has slowly decreased however always worth checking out during their amazing sales.

Nice range but not much in the way of heels for hard to fit feet. Customer service was rather odd across the board. Also they will not source shoes for you from any of their other stores.

Bought shoes online, speedy delivery, great service and website. The shoes are stylish and good sales price too. Definitely recommend
