We were recommended by a friend at the gym to come here, great experience, Dan you were sensational today thankyou, you spent so much time with my wife measuring her feet and walk, we were really impressed, to be honest you gave us more information than our podiatrist! BE VERY WARY WITH THIS BUSINESS REGARDING CONSUMER WARRANTIES AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO, OTHERWISE YOU MAY BE RIPPED OFF. I purchased a pair of $240 shoes here, and within seven months they had begun fraying abnormally, despite only being worn for less than 20 hours per week. When I took them back to this store I was informed that they could not be returned for repair, replacement or refund as they only had a six month manufacturer's warranty. It wasn't until after I repeatedly reminded them that the Australian Consumer Law provides a mandatory twelve months warranty that they agreed the shoes could be returned under the manufacturer's warranty. Sadly, this misinformation and misleading of consumers regarding their legal consumer rights appears to be deliberate and intentional as it, in my experience with this Athelete's Foot and the one at Elizabeth, seems to be their normal operating process - to deny consumer warranty claims greater than six months and less than twelve months.
Came in looking for trail running shoes in my size if there was any. Instead Jonathon got a scan of my feet and broke down any problems I had when walking, recommended to me to see a podiatrist for my left foot and answered all my questions with professionalism and enthusiasm. Highly recommend visiting this store. These guys really care about quality and customers.
Excellent customer service! We were served by Ben who was brilliant with my client. He thoroughly sized up his feet before making recommendations. He was patient too! Good location, easy parking. Highly recommend this store for good walking or sports shoes.

Purchased a new pair of Hoka running shoes from Daniel at Athlete's Foot Burnside and was the best service I have ever had! He was patient and and really took the time to make sure that the shoe fit correctly. Knowledge was also great! Thanks Daniel, I will be back!
Excellent customer service, and good understanding of what the customer is looking for. Dominic quickly comprehended my needs, and particular requirements. He easily explained the benefits of each selected shoe, as well as some of the non benefits for my specific requirements. Having my feet measured was a big plus and I very much appreciated Dominic's patience and professionalism in guiding me to chose the best shoe for my needs. Highly recommended.
Cannot recommend this business more highly. Purchased a couple of sets of shoes through them over a couple of year. Recently purchased a pair of on running shoes. Grew more dissatisfied due to faults. 6 weeks post purchase, nervous about whether they could do anything about it. Phoned, Byron Manager picked up. Incredibly understanding and supportive. Lived out their customer first mantra. Will definitely be staying with them.
Loved the service and friendly staffs here. Also, their product ranges are great. I loved their way of assessing people's feet and recommending shoes.
I went in to get fitted for shoes as I have bad feet and decided it was time for better shoes. After a bad experience at the marion store back in December I was hesitant to go in again. I was fitted by Matthew who was amazing. He listened to what I already knew about my feet and helped me find a pair that felt right and were work appropriate. Thanks so much.
