Hurricane Handsome is our favorite cafe. Had lunch at Hurricane Handsome & tried the crispy cauliflower beetroot fritters along with an iced coffee. The coffee was solid. The fritters came with a great mix of condiments: a tangy tomato relish, creamy avocado salsa & crunchy hazelnuts, all of which added a nice burst of flavour. The fritters themselves though, were neither crispy nor particularly flavourful. Service was friendly, and the venue was spacious with a relaxed outdoor seating area.
Lovely cafe, especially on a busy Saturday. The food took a little while to come out, but it was worth the wait. The steak sandwich was absolutely delicious. I also tried the Hurricane — it was served a bit cold, though the bacon in it was really tasty. The coffee was excellent as well. Overall, a great spot with good food and a nice vibe.
Fabulous food, best brunch we have had for ages.nIt’s super busy and noisy inside. I’d suggest table size of 4 max. Maybe sitting outside a bigger group is fine.nBook ahead though!
A wonderful afternoon lunch at Hurricane Handsome! The menu is impressively well crafted with a perfect array of options. The coffee was also lovely just a little cold. The atmosphere was not too bad, but seating outside was preferable. The service was great. Special thanks to the lovely Francess who was just a wonderful waitress. Would love to go again!
