Elisha provided excellent service skills and had a welcoming smile on her face. She completed my order very quickly with no mistakes and handed my order to alex. He made my food very quickly, keep in mind I am a vegan and got provided with a bacon deluxe burger instead of my veggie burger. The bacon taste very good though.
Had to wait a considerable amount of time to receive my order. It appears that priority is given to drive through orders. Saw a couple of customers come after myself and get their order before me. Only ordered 3x Angry Whopper, 1x Large chips and 1x Medium onion rings. Not a huge order.nIf you know what you want and don't want to wait - go through the dive through.
Ordered Ham n cheese toast. When I received the order, it was just Ham. Checked my order with Jasmine and shared what I've received instead. She turned around, checked with her kitchen assistant and her reply was ' I trust my kitchen ' ....the direct implication would be that I'm make it up to receive another order for FREE...unbelievable service..not a word of apology from both....terrible service standards....
Disgusting behaviour by staff you come here wait immensely but order never made on time no customer service slow timid
Raw meat in burgers. Poor kitchen training. Repeated purchases keep getting sloppy, rushed orders usually missing items. Some intense training is needed here.
