They gave me cold fries and it took over 30 minutes for my burger. Fast food more like slow food. They need to update their system too. Never coming here again. I don’t recommend
Just a stop on the freeway. I wish we could have some more there, and this stop should provide more options for food. Have clean toilets, play arena for kids, enough space to sit, and don't have to wait for long to get an order. However, sometimes it's too busy, and we dont get better service. But all in all, I had great experience. All youngsters working hard over those weekends.
No cap the best HJs I’ve been to on god. Don’t let the old exterior fool you! The customer service was great the food was super fresh! The store was also spotless good job guys!
Had breakfast stop here . Food was excellent, well prepared and fresh. Had the Pineapple whopper , nice nice got a second one , had breakfast wraps ..yumm ..got 3 servings of just fries because of the freshness and taste.. no drive thru here so it was good to eat inside ..Food: 5/5
Just utter trash. I know it's a hungry jacks but far out there's not even a minimum standard anymore. I got the wrong burger from the one I ordered, didn't bother taking it back as I knew they'd replace it with some other gross slop. Coffee was magma milk. Looks like I'll be fasting from now on during those long country drives.Food: 1/5
Was quite busy when I was there. But service staff were calmly and efficiently managing the orders. Food was as expected from HJ. Sadly, many customers chose not to clear the tables after their meals...
Usually stop here in our trips up and down from Sydney. Food is usually ok but last visit they were out of meat patties and out of rebel patties so no meaty options available. Also out of orange juice and ice-cream. Usually you close a shop when you have nothing to sell.Food: 2/5
Probably the worst hungry jacks I've ever been to. The building is so outdated and they store their buns in a public area near the bathrooms. Couldn't read our order correctly and omitted cheese we paid for on our burgers, as well as ketchup packets that were clearly stated on the receipts. They were struggling to keep up with orders so we didn't bother to ask to rectify.
The worst place I have ever set foot in , and recommend everyone avoids this place. Customer service ? There is none , rude ignorant staff to dopy to even say Goodmorning . Got a thick shake had to take it back in to get it mixed up, it was just soft serve in a cup with topping on the top . Guy behind not apologetic at all. Everything in there is filthy. Especially the toilets.
Pretty good for fast food. It is FAST FOOD, Staff were good Previously they ran out of buns one veyr busy day. P.s. Macs just near by ran out as well. Vegetarian options: Acceptable options
