I had to repeat myself THREE or FOUR times - extra pickles, extra mayo. One of the burgers was presented to me like this. And the extra charges was the FIRST time ever having been charged for extras. This on a whopper jnr, which had 2 pickles in total. Absolutely disgusted
Patty was absolutely disgusting. Not even hot, grainy and overall very unenjoyable. I am very unsatisfied with the food here and will not be coming back.
Ordered 2x kids nuggets & chips box, 1 box had cold nuggets. My partner got whopper meal deal & whopper was cold & fries missing. I ordered bacon deluxe value meal & no fries. Ordered 2 x ice sundaes only got one. I could not believe how many things were missed. Also the place doesn't look like it's been cleaned for awhile as all the glass was filthy you would expect hygiene to be important where food is consumed. There was a bench seat available, as most seats were taken & we wanted to use it due to my grandchildren been on the small side & it was dirty when I asked a staff member if some one could please clean the seats & table as they were dirty I got a look from the staff member that she wasn't too happy I had mentioned it, like it was all too hard. When a staff member did come to clean it we didn't use the bench seat as she had no cleaning product with her just a wet cloth & cleaned the seat & table down with the same cloth so that put us off using it. I don't like complaining but the place was pretty dirty & there should be someone to clean up after diners & especially with the threat of covid at anytime. At no time was an apology offered for the missing food items or the state of the table & bench seat or a thank you for letting us know. Not a great place to dine & I realise it was busy but someone should've been wiping tables. Some staff need to learn better customer service.
Wow..nJust let the kid run the show huh. More interested in socialising than working. Low quality product. Bad atmosphere. Hard of understanding, wrong order produced even when explained multiple times.nnNot worth the time .. go to another hungry jacks.
I order veggie Burger , it was disgusting , didn’t cook properly, too cold , i just came back and when I complained about it, manager start arguing and he was too rude. There were also some customers over there , he removed the petty in front customers and said its hot , he just removed the petty without gloves its was so disgusting,I spent 16 dollars on value meal , he didn’t refund .Disgusting food and very bad behaviour of manager. Never visit this hungry jack again
