Chips way too salty and I like salt. All empty tables were dirty. Lady service was nice tho. Jacks fried chicken has gotten smaller or must be on the wrong bun??
Arrived at a quiet restaurant. Placed my order. Staff having a good old time in the kitchen carrying on like pork chops. Staff member that packed my order dropped it and was going to serve it to me anyway but had second thoughts and checked the bag realising it was a mess inside. So had to wait for them to re make it. That’s fine, things happen. But what really annoyed me is the laughter in the kitchen and the attitude of the staff about it. How is it funny to waste food and make a customer wait? Do these kids appreciate their job ? I worked in hospitality many moons ago and this kinda behaviour would have had me sacked back then. On top of it all they served me cold chips but couldn’t afford waiting any longer.

Would give 0 if I could. Sat in drive through for 20 mins before being told they didn't have ice cream the machines broken. Yet didn't sign it or remove from board. Fast food outlets need to pick their game up. Do Better !
