Very nice accommodation, food and service
Visited here on an afternoon when it wasn't too busy. Only ordered two frozen Cokes but I think they had an issue with the frozen Coke machine so it took a significant amount of time to receive the items.nnItems were served with a wonderful smile.
Just a quick stop for a coffee and a bite. All as per McDonald's however the the couple of young fella that served us were extremely pleasant, and greeted us with a smile.nNice to see. Thanks guys.
**1 Star:**nnAfter waiting 25 minutes parked in the drive-thru and still not getting the correct order, I’m done with this McDonald’s. It’s a drive-thru, not a parking lot! Orders are consistently wrong, and the staff are rude and indifferent. If this were a family restaurant, it would have gone out of business long ago. They clearly rely on the McDonald's name to get away with awful service. Avoid this place!
Returning home so we stopped off at Dalby MacDonalds for dinner. Every table had food left on them, the floor looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned at all for awhile and the service to get tables wiped down was pathetic. When I asked for an employee to wipe down the tables they took took forever and their excuse was there was only three in the restaurant that were working that night. I found this to be absolutely appalling that a restaurant that serves fast food should have been cleaned where people needed to sit. There was food, ice cream throwing on the walls the seats had ice cream on them and if a food inspector came to that place, I reckon they would’ve shut it down until it was absolutely spotless. The food there too was pretty average so I would not recommend even eating or taking away from McDonald’s Dolby ever.
