Stopped at the store twice on Tuesday the 3rd of Dec 24. Gents toilets were smelling pretty average in the morning. By the afternoon on our return trip, they were absolutely PUTRID. I have experienced toilets at an outback pub that hadn't been cleaned for a week that smelt better. Totally DISGUSTING!! On to the food.... The service and the Burgers were acceptable. The chicken nuggets should have been thrown out 2 days ago... Even our dog wouldn't eat them and he'll eat anything.nYou seriously need to pick up your game guys, it's not that difficult to keep toilets clean & fresh and to serve up fresh food.
Food was wonderful, and despite the long wait time, everything was hot and fresh. Can’t give five stars because of wait time. The kiosks being almost in the doorway does also cause some problems just due to the fact there isn’t any area to wait for orders.
Very nice accommodation, food and service
Visited here on an afternoon when it wasn't too busy. Only ordered two frozen Cokes but I think they had an issue with the frozen Coke machine so it took a significant amount of time to receive the items.nnItems were served with a wonderful smile.
Returning home so we stopped off at Dalby MacDonalds for dinner. Every table had food left on them, the floor looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned at all for awhile and the service to get tables wiped down was pathetic. When I asked for an employee to wipe down the tables they took took forever and their excuse was there was only three in the restaurant that were working that night. I found this to be absolutely appalling that a restaurant that serves fast food should have been cleaned where people needed to sit. There was food, ice cream throwing on the walls the seats had ice cream on them and if a food inspector came to that place, I reckon they would’ve shut it down until it was absolutely spotless. The food there too was pretty average so I would not recommend even eating or taking away from McDonald’s Dolby ever.
