This is how dirty the restaurant is most nights at Dalby mc Donald's after 7pm and they just leave it like this this to for hours during the night . The toilets are not cleaned regularly either I would say macas toilets are the most dirty out of all the take away companies in Dalby the baby change table also is not wiped over regularly so you wouldn't change your baby on it . Also the bin at times in the bathroom in over flowing with nappies and the bins in the dinning room at night are over flowing .it's just not on schools hoildays ethier or busy times most nights to the point every table was dirty so u can't eat inside or out side so u have to take you food home with you that's what they force you to do . the Aussie woman manger was rude to myself last night also . Not the first time either mc Donald's head office if you check this review remote log in to your cameras and see what's going on to your Dalby store there is regularly mangers being lazy and not caring and than it's not seating a great example for the young ones starting working there or the younger's ones wanting to become the next in line mc Donald's mangers as this will create a chain problem. I have been here at least 8 times in 2 weeks so I have given a fair bit unfortunate bad review and can provide this information and more to mc Donald's head office if contacted thanks ...
My wife and I went through the drive thru on Australia Day after travelling from Chinchilla, on our way back to Brisbane. The service was outstanding. The young man at the payment window was so nice and very efficient. We were so happy the order was exactly as ordered and ready with our flat white coffees by the time we arrived at the pick up window. And yes, there is more, the coffee was delightful. Until today, we had never had a good coffee at any McDonald’s anywhere in Australia. Congratulations, you guys rock. :
Has anyone ever had a bad experience with the night time manager, because woah he is rude. A late night maccas run last night and he seemed so unimpressed to have to take our order, take our money and order the people around in the back to make the food. The worst customer service, acting like we had ordered $300 worth of food when in reality it was a $27 order - which we all know is NOT MUCH anymore. Only two other cars were in DT before me and he was acting like he had a whole backlog of orders and a full waiting bay. Just rude! Don't work in customer service bud, if your people skills are next to none - My toddler has better customer service skills and he's still learning his ABCs.
Just got a takeaway, most disgusting meal ever. I got a Chrispy chicken wrap that was only half full cold and soggy . Hubby got a very cold quarter pounder and soggy! Cold chips!nCome on guys show some love !nWhat a waist of $35.00 horrible!nPlace was dirty also.
11/9/25 at 10:19pm the lady working front desk and kitchen was extremely rude didn't get a name but looks like she hates her job grabbed my food and slammed it down on the counter not happy at all has happened atleast a handful of times lately around same time. She is very disrespectful and needs to learn some respect towards customers. People wont go there if she keeps disrespecting people. I asked for a cup tray and she ignored me completely.
