Stopped in for a cool drink and we were both absolutely blown away with the service and adorable nature of Grace. What a star this beautiful young woman is. I watched her serve other customers and if only more young Aussies were like her. Grace, you are a Champion. Thank you for being so genuine and a breath of fresh air. My partner and I left the Donut King with such a positive feeling. Thank you thank you thank you. It makes me feel so proud to see a young lady doing an outstanding job. You go Girl. Dalby is a great town and people like you make it better.
I just have to give praise to Lorraine. I happened upon the Donut King in Dalby shopping centre on Sunday when most of the stores were closed. I’d not tried the Donut King previously so the experience was first class. Although very busy Lorraine was very friendly, happy and a real professional. She made everyone feel welcome as she served them perfectly. The cool drink and donuts were also excellent. A most gracious thank you to Lorraine and the other young lass who was assisting on such a busy day. Ken
Good service. Fresh cinnamon donuts. Nice and hot. Clean and tidy presentation of shop. Located near big w in food court of dalby shopping centre.
Great service free doughnuts if you show your seniors card. Crows Nest soft drink was on special so brought back memories of youth drinking Portabello.
Bought milkshake and donut for my Grand daughter, young girl with long black hair that served us was very rude when we asked for her to clean the outside of cup which had overflowed on outside. Her response was with quite an attitude. We all have bad days but you need to remember to be friendly and smile when serving customers.
Delicious food amazing drinks and great service everyone was nice but the desk where you pick up your food WAS TERRIBLE it had crumbs and was sticky still like it though
