Need better customer service. Takes far too long, they mess up every single order- everytime. Young girls too busy talking instead of looking at the correct order they are supposed to be serving to people. Drinks listed on app are never available in store. Bring back the old girls- these little teens are ruining your business. As someone who works in customer service and takeaway retail food, this is appalling.
Wanted to pay cash for app order and could not. I could order the same item for cash at drive thru for more than double the price in the app. You can pay cash for app orders from mcdonalds. Looks like mcdonalds is the way to go
My son and I drove all the way off the Bruce Highway to get some food by 10 o’clock. We were in the drive-through waiting in the line and we told that it was closed because it was 10:03. However food was being served to the people still in front of us And they refuse to give us any food or stay in the second lane from the left absolutely disgusting Regardless of customers waiting to make purchases 10 o’clock on the dot they want to chat
This place always messes up DoorDash orders, but tonight we had a girl named Millie handle our order and she went above and beyond and served the goods past what she is payed to do!!! Thanks for hooking is up Millie you’re a G and deserve a pay rise!!! Don’t let the man get you down Millie you’re a legend doing the good work in a crap industry and we appreciate you.
Card machine playing up. So I Asked for a receipt, was politely fobbed off to the next window who could not give correct transaction receipt. Then tried to raise a notice on feedback for hj website which doesn’t work without giving blood type. Not worth visiting a hj store if can’t even give a payment receipt what dodgy stuff are they upto?
