My son and I drove all the way off the Bruce Highway to get some food by 10 o’clock. We were in the drive-through waiting in the line and we told that it was closed because it was 10:03. However food was being served to the people still in front of us And they refuse to give us any food or stay in the second lane from the left absolutely disgusting Regardless of customers waiting to make purchases 10 o’clock on the dot they want to chat
This place always messes up DoorDash orders, but tonight we had a girl named Millie handle our order and she went above and beyond and served the goods past what she is payed to do!!! Thanks for hooking is up Millie you’re a G and deserve a pay rise!!! Don’t let the man get you down Millie you’re a legend doing the good work in a crap industry and we appreciate you.
Walked in just before at 12.30 ish, .6 staff in view + 1 making coffees. 1 order on screen for drive thru. No-one even said hi, be with you soon. Waited at least 5 minutes before exiting without buying. Customer service is lacking.
Waited 40mins in the drive thru finally when we got to the pick up window took like 10mins to actually get our food. once we did our sundaes were all wrong and had to ask them to fix. then we got the rest of our food so we drove off, only to find we didn’t get all our burgers only got 2 chips when we ordered 4 and we ordered nuggets and didnt get any. We heard them say “just leave it” bout our order thinking we weren’t gonna come back. Paid $90 to messed around for over an hour
