Had such a great experience thanks to the lovely girl Sahara who was serving me. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct, all with a big smile. Her customer service was outstanding and really made my visit enjoyable. Hungry Jack’s needs more people like her!
The burgers are definitely better at Hungry Jacks! Not only that, went through drive through and Amaali was an absolute delight. She was respectful and patient and you got the feeling she actually wanted to help even with my not-so organised ordering. The times I have been inside the restaurant, you could see that staff were all helping and friendly to one another. Great job HJ Nambour, your managers should be teaching Maccas a thing or two!
Just had a ridiculous back and forth argument with the girl on the speaker taking my order, who was ADAMANT they didn’t do hot caramel lattes at that store. I get them multiple times a week, this girl made me feel like an idiot. I confirmed with her that I wanted a hot coffee with caramel flavour, still got a “no we don’t do that here”… went to pick up my order at the next window and I was handed an iced coffee…. Seriously? A nice girl remade it for me but even she made me feel like I was making some horrible request. Is a hot coffee too much to ask for?! Got my HOT caramel latte in the end, but I’m not happy as to how I was treated. I think some of these workers need better training. I should have pulled up the menu on my phone and shown her the lattes.
Great service at Hungry Jack’s!nnDropped by for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and efficient the staff were. Eva served me at the counter, she was cheerful, patient, and got everything right even though it was busy. You can tell she genuinely cares about good service. The food came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean. Nice to see good customer service still exists in fast food!
Hungry Jacks has lifted its game & I am so pleased. The cleaning is much better but a regular scout around to attend to spills & collect rubbish from the tables & floors would top it off. Great work thus far. Keep it up.
