Always a very average experience.nnSometimes food is great, sometimes it's poor.nnStaff are normally always nice but i'll admit they do tend to take longer then needed to make an order. I know the drive through is always the priority in fast food but i've definitely seen stuff take way longer then needed when it's slow.nnFor example, Wait in store is normally around 10 minutes. More when busy. But after waiting about 5 minutes on a slow night I asked about my order and watched it be made within under a minute.nnSo do what you want with that information.nnOverall it's going to be an average experience, it's fast food made by over worked under aged kids. Don't blame them and be polite.
Unfortunately, our visit to KFC Nambour was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Many of the tables were dirty, there was food and debris on the floors, and the dining area generally looked like it hadn’t been attended to for quite some time.nnIt made us feel a little hesitant about eating in the restaurant, which is not a feeling you want when dining out. I understand places can get busy, but a greater focus on cleanliness would make a big difference to the customer experience. Hopefully this is something that can be improved, as the staff were otherwise pleasant and the location is convenient.
Ordered a Family feast - $49.95 - 7 wings 1 drumstick - 2 Pieces short delivered - Small coleslaw - Small gravy - Not regular not large - 4 dinner rolls! Dry as a boot, appalling! Its not hard seriously, but if ripping everyone is the method of trade these days well done you have got something right today! Will never buy here again and will tell everyone I know! At least you saved 3 bucks.
Food was average...a little cold and a bit over cooked.nnA nightmare to park in...nnOverall ok.nnHey, its KFC right?
Just a Warning !!! My wife and i purchaed a tenders snack box to shere on monday 22/06/2026 around 1.15 pm and at 10pm that night we both were very sick with food poising. I know that probably everybody won't get food poisoning from this store but just letting you know our experience.
