I ordered a small Big Mac meal. The chips were pale undercooked, soggy and cold. I asked for a replacement and the new ones were no better. They appeared to be the same packet. I didn't eat them.
Disappointing to start for 2 senior travellers from nsw... NO Toilets told the nearest public toilets were at the railway stn.some80 to 100 mtrs inside on the platform...we had 2 toasties and luke warm hot choclate went back to get some pepper and salt and the clerk looked up the cost of pepper and salt before saying there was no charge the toasties were very ordinary by maccas usual standard.. NOT up to the usual maccas standard.
I will never be returning after what happened today.nI ordered a salad with nothing but lettuce and pickles including no cutlery.nWho would have thought that they completely ignored my request and gave me cutlery. I will still give them two stars due to the delicious fresh tasting salad.
Have been here quite a few times since moving to Sunshine Coast and WOW this McDonalds always impresses me, always hot fresh food and the waiting time is non existent whenever we go through, whoever makes the barrister drinks you all deserve a raise ! Always hot beautiful coffee and they never skimp on the flavours when you ask for them.
Wish I could say it tasted good. Looks like they either slam dunked the meat on the bun, or dropped it and picked it back up so the 5 second rule applies here. More sauce outside the bun then in. Do you actually train your staff anymore?. McDonald's in world renown for its training and here we have Nambour at its finest. Never been the same since it changed owners years ago..nnCoke was good though but hey that's a machine.
