A whole bunch of little things that lead to a lower rating. I'll email them with a few suggestions to improve some things. Needs a renovation, or to charge less per night. Parking in carpark in back street, which I personally didn't feel comfortable going to at night even with someone else. Noise really travels down the hallway. Photos were taken at end of stay.
We stayed for 7 Nights & I would HAPPILY stay there ANY Time... Nikki the House Keeper was Worth Her Weight in Gold, The Food was to Die for, the Staff went ABOVE & Beyond for Us & The Location is Awesome. The Room was No Hilton, BUT Clean, Big & Great Price !!! We'll Be Back !!!! Awesome Hotel - Brilliant Staff - Fantastic Food - Great Price !!!! Thank You ALL.... Great Team !!!! Especially Nikki.... Love You Guys..... XX
We did not realize this hotel is inside a gambling parlour when we booked it. This is against my religion. We arrived and asked Sujohn Muhammed at the front desk if we could cancel the booking as we didn’t realize it was a pokies hall, he said it was okay if we cancelled but since the booking was done by a third party he couldn’t cancel it on his end. He said he would make a note in his system that we were cancelling. When my credit card company called Sujohn to confirm the cancellation, he lied to them and said that the hotel reception wasn’t in a gambling parlour, that the hotel and casino were completely separate, and that the cancellation was not approved. A quick look at the photos and videos posted to their Facebook page surely shows the truth. Such a dishonest man and business. On top of that, plenty of drunkards in the reception area and outside the front door. No parking. Loud noises from the pub. Be wary and cautious of booking here.
Awful experience with unfriendly, uninterested reception at this hotel. We were simply disinterested in staying here because of noise and casino. The disinterest front desk staff Mr Sunon Mahhamad added last mail in coffin with his disinterested demeanour. He literally stared at his screen for 5 minutes before saying a single word.nWhen we decided to not stay he asked us to contact the third party for cancelling the booking and he will do the needful to state that we did not stay.nnMr Sujon Mohammad lied to Expedia when they called him to confirm that we did not stay. It anyways is a cheap hotel but people who run the show are even cheaper to take money from someone who didn’t even stay.
No on site parking. Towels and bed linen veey clean. Shower was dodgy. Carpet needs replacing. Toilet needs a good scrub. Staff were helpful.
