Authentic Taiwanese eatery, offer a variety of famous Taiwanese street food in their cosy premise. My favorite is the sizzling plate beef with noodles, gives me that nostalgic feeling . Sizzling plate beef + salt and pepper rice + a lemon drink, all for $55. Decent portion and price is reasonable. Must try!!Food: 5/5
I really like this Taiwanese Restaurant since a few years ago. Their flavour haven’t changed a bit and all the dishes taste really good and authentic. My favourite from them is the silly rice which is very tasty and spicy! The seats are a bit uncomfortable because of the tight space and it is pretty much self service. In my opinion the price is a bit too much considering the service and dining environment but the portion is good and taste is good. Recommend to everyone who want a quick bite from Taiwan!
My first time trying Taiwanese Cuisine at Hu’s Inn, Chatswood, and I was impressed by the variety and the quality of the food available on the menu. Large servings and reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again and again Vegetarian options: Easy to opt in and out of mains options eg you can choose salt and pepper chicken on your rice or braised beef instead. Dietary restrictions: No nuts and no dairy in most of their dishes.
Shame that this cute little Taiwanese eatery couldn't deliver on the most important aspect, being the food. Ordered a classic braised beef noodle soup that tasted more like soy sauce soup. Also order a braised pork chop rice. Meat was cold and flavour was lacking as well, as it focused on just soy sauce, with no typical Taiwanese spices. A disappointment.
Decent taiwanese food. Bit pricey for what you get The beef noodle soup $19 was overall fine - soup flavour is little sour from the preserved vegetables and could have more depth in flavour. Toppings of meat and veggie could be more generous. The pork noodles was was also fine - had a nice sweetness though could have more toppings of meat and veggies The salt and pepper fried chicken $10 was the highlight. Light, crispy and flavourful. Small restaurant with a few tables inside and outside. Self serve where you take your tray to your table and back to the counter.
Really authentic Taiwanese food! The dishes are so hearty and reminds me of being in Taiwan. Perfect for sharing. So many things on the menu to try and different combinations of dishes create a different experience. The place is small and feels like a cosy family business. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. It’s a shame they don’t open for dinner on the weekends, otherwise I’d be here all the time. One of the best Taiwanese restaurants in Sydney!
1st time having Taiwanese food, beautiful discovery. Everything we had was tasty. Wish they had more vegetarian options and a bit pricy but we had a great time. Will be back!Food: 5/5

This meal taste authentic. tried before in Taipei and it just taste right. Portion wise it is fulfilling as well. I love how the rice bowl were completed with trad taiwanese veggies and even the pork sausage. surely consider to going back and taste another menuRecommended dishesRice Bowl
Amazing food!!!!! We obviously love the noodles soup and the Taiwanese fries chicken was delicious Will definitely come back next time
