Holy Nails & Spa Salon

The first time I came here I had gel nails. They talked me into SNS which I was happy with because the lady told me they like doing nice designs and would take the time. For two infills other places in Sydney couldn't do anything but very basic stuff so I went to the effort to make an appointment when I arrived in Canberra when I walked in I showed them the first photo and then when I had to say the same thing to four women, a different woman ended up doing my nails and I ended up with this. Plus before she started doing my nails she warned me I had be nice to her. If I came across unfriendly it's because I just spent an hour and ten minutes choosing colours from the wrong rack it's seemed no matter how clear I was trying g to be they were walking of before they heard me. Then I had to sit there while they did THE WORST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD getting told I'm not nice enough. Then I paid. Never again.

Have never been disappointed all the girls are amazing and work so hard. Highly recommend

Five stars? I can't believe how high this company has been rated. I had made a booking 2 weeks in advance and I still had a long wait (arrived at 2:10 and left at 4:30). Most nails are bumpy from lack of time and care which I don't usually mind too much except this time it's for my wedding day and apart from few times my nail technician spoke to me like I wasn't worth her time, I felt like I was getting laughed at and spoken about as did my sister. I definitely won't be going back after that experience and the added $10 for using a standard eftpos on a $110 transaction.

I had sns done, my nails looked horrible! They were bumpy, uneven and had bubbles. I went back the next day to get them redone, the lady that screwed them up gave me the dirtiest look and started talking under her breath. I will NEVER go back! So rude and disrespectful! I'm a paying customer, I should be happy with the service! They wasted my time. Don't bother going here. They would also promise me a discount everytime I went back but they never did. I'd rather paint my own nails then go here, atleast I know I'd do a better job.
