I went in for an electroylsis in 2016. I had previously attended this clinic for 5 years, but a new owner had taken over and she did the electrolysis. She was very rude. She also put the heat much higher than she should have and left quite a bit of scarring. This was suprising because she had my history and should have known the level of heat my skin can tolerate. I was very disappointed in her demeanour, and even more disappointed in her abilities. Do not go there if you want competent and pleasant service!
