My massage was wonderful, the oils smelled amazing and having them tailored to me was a nice touch to the service. The staff were nothing short of friendly and accommodating. Definately coming back again.

Unimpressed. We had the couples package which included two glasses of champagne however they didn’t have any! They used horrible foot massage machines rather than doing the work traditionally. The treatment didn’t go for the full 80 minutes included in the package. We were then charged a $10 surcharge per person for having our treatments done on a Saturday which were expecting to pay, however thought they could have waived this given we didn’t get our two glasses of champagne! The massages themselves were not enjoyable and the therapists lacked experience.

I bought 69$ voucher from Groupon for 75min upper body and foot massage. Firstly it was almost impossible to make a reservation since they never answer the phone. Two days after I left messages, I finally got a message that I can only book one specific time during the week because they were too busy. I was okay with that. I arrived at 12:30 which was exactly the booking time. The owner was really welcoming but I am not sure about other staffs(masseuse). Electric foot massage using foot massage machine lasted about 10 minutes while I was sitting down filling the form they gave me. I tried to think positively but it was not good at all. I went to room to massage and change, and the upper body massage I got lasted less than 45 minutes. It finished 1:45pm which was 75 minutes after my booking time. I just couldn't believe that 75 minutes includes every little other things such as filling form, change my clothes, using bathroom, and so on. Massage was mediocre. It was not bad, but it wasn't worth money. I was so excited to go here when I saw the other customer's review, so I had to write my story to let other people know.

I honestly don't even know where to start. I am beyond upset and disappointed, i'm angry as to what actually happened. 
When I booked the appointment for a 90minute couples massage, I booked it for 5pm and then was contacted a few days later asking if they could change the appointment to 4:50pm and was told to be there no later then 4:55pm we walked through the door at 4:53pm to which we were greeted by a lady who was quite passive aggressive. 
We were then taken into the room to get changed and lay down on the bed. Mind you we weren't given/told of any gowns to cover up only a towel on the very squeaky bed. (Not relaxing) 
They started the massage with the shoulders then ten minutes into it they realised they'd left the light on to which they both had a sly laugh/giggle about it. They started massaging again, and when I say massage there was absolutely zero pressure and it just felt like they were rubbing oil all over me. The whole time I could see the lady massaging my partner she would stop for 30-60seconds to watch what my lady was doing and then she would start again. This went on throughout the whole massage every few minutes. A full body massage is supposed to be full legs, from ankle to top of thighs front and back, full arms, neck, feet, hands, chest, stomach. 
What I received was: just above the knees both front and back, no thighs, no feet, no head, about ten seconds on the neck, no chest, no stomach and barely touched my lower back. 
Nothing was done discreetly throughout the appointment, everything they did was loud and abrupt so it was far from a relaxing atmosphere. 
We were also told during the massage that we would receive our scalp massage when we turned over, this never happened. 
Then towards the end of the massage, my partners therapist walked out to see other clients who had come into the salon and was gone for 15minutes and when she came back in she apologised and said she had other clients to attend to but then didn't make up for the time lost and finished the massage in about 5 minutes. We also didn't receive our Electro Shiatsu Foot Massage which is what the appointment was supposed to start off with. They turned the lights back on a few minutes before they had finished the massage and then told us "the massage is over, get dressed and come out when you're ready" 
I expected to at least see someone at the desk upon leaving to discuss our dissatisfaction but there was no one around. We stood there confused for a minute and then decided to leave. 
I will never be going back. 
This was an absolute waste of $200. 
I will not be recommending this salon to anyone but I will tell them of this more then disappointing experience.

I brought a voucher on Groupon as I had really sore shoulders and hands from work, it only cost $59 for a 1hour massage with hot stones. It was a wonderful relaxing massage and I felt truly pampered. I would definitely recommend Kylie's Beauty if you have sore muscles or you just want to spoil yourself.
