These guys are the best. Purchased a tail light loom for my VE Commodore via their eBay store. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted Holmart to advise them that the loom hadn't arrived not their fault and without hesitation they posted out another loom and threw in a second loom free of charge to use as a spare. It was on my door step the following day. They didn't run me around or make any excuses. They run a business the way it should be run. Cannot recommend them highly enough. 5 stars!

Have now purchased several Holden items from this seller, Jayden had excellent communication at all times about their products, fast despatch and most importantly after sales service where many fail! but Holman was exceptional one of the items had a small factory imperfection and the process of return and refund was hassle free and very fast all done with 48hrs of return, in saying this all other items that were purchased have been genuine and perfect in quality. Highly recommend this seller, thanks Darren.

Customer service is an absolute joke condescending and rude and will hang up on you when you’re asking genuine questions absolutely disgusting, appalling behaviour! when asked to speak to the manager he said I am the manager and hung up. Called back and he wouldn’t give his name and continued to hang up. Will not do any business with this company based on this experience.  Love how the owners response to their poor customer service is deflection of the issue which is apparent across many reviews and within the industry - you can ignore the fact or work on dealing with the elephant in the room. People don’t go out of their way to write reviews unless their is an absolute issue.  The industry has zero tolerance to poor businesses operations and operating like cowboys with no respect for customers.

Bought some parts off these guys today and was blessed with some good old fashion excellent customer service. Has been a while since I’ve had a good experience buying new old stock car parts. Dealt with Jayden, replies were quick, price was fair, details were on point and parts were dispatched same day. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks again guys. Highly recommended

Wow  HOW EXPENSIVE are these guys I’ve gotten heaps of genuine parts for much less elsewhere lol PEEPS LOOK SHOP around unless u have VERY deep pockets to buy from here. There’s other places that have surplus stock also & not too mention children would do a better job with customer service. IF U DON’T WANT TO WORK & provide good customer service, then go on CentreLink payments that way u don’t have to deal with people directly just stay home

Bought 2 items from Holmart for my VN Commodore and had a small problem with one of the purchases.   I sent an enquiry explaining my issue & was kindly offered a replacement.  Replacement part arrived 5 days later and fixed the problem - very happy.  Check out these guys if you're looking for genuine factory GMH parts ~

After being stung by other fu**#!t online resellers its nice to deal with professionals, the product was outstanding and the postage was super quick, if you want a good product with outstanding service then these guys deliver.
