Disappointing experience. Wasn't welcomed as I entered the shop. Took a good minute for staff member to say hello (I was the only customer). Asked about a specific tyre, wasn't very knowledgeable (said I could "put a tube in it" when I enquired about tubeless). Then the phone rang, he searched around and took the phone call... With me standing in front of him. He said he had an idea for a tyre... But started a long conversation with someone on the phone. I walked out after another minute. Not very impressed.

Many thanks to Nelson and staff for arranging bike hire for us at very short notice on a holiday weekend. Excellent service and we were very impressed with the quality of the bikes. Not only that, you arranged the weather as well! A perfect day all round.

A great place to get fitted out for mountain biking or to get gear to do the Wilderness Trail ....Owner is a Mountain Bike specialist and has great knowledge of nearly all of New Zealands Cycle Trails and walking tracks that are sometimes open for biking .... also lots of fishing gear as well
