I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Darwin.nnA special mention goes to the lady from Guest Services Dee? Maybe, I believe she is from Nepal. She was exceptionally kind, warm, professional, and very informative throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and her genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. She truly deserves recognition and commendation for the excellent service she provides.nnThe hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and attention to detail was evident throughout. The buffet at the restaurant was excellent, offering a great selection of food, and the ambiance was fantastic—comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable.nnThe location is also very convenient, being close to the CBD, parks, and other key attractions around Darwin.nnOverall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darwin. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience.
This was a very nice, two-night stay with an excellent breakfast buffet, save for a slightly less than stellar barista coffee - bean quality being a bit lacking. The hotel was clean, and there were no issues with the quality of in-room housekeeping. More than two bath/shower towels would have been nice, but requests for additional ones were met quickly. Check-in was smooth, albeit a bit lacking in warmth. Unfortunately, the most memorable aspect was the overwhelming scent of artificial floral deodoriser used in the hotel, particularly when you enter the lobby. We're not sensitive to fragrance, but if you are, those first few steps inside will make your head spin!
Clean and spacious room; nice food and cocktails; clean pool. Prompt and professional staff. Good location as there’s huge playground which fits different ages kids is opposite to the hotel.
Great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Darwin. Indra at the front desk was nothing short of helpful and kind. He got us a beautiful harbor view room and we were met with a wonderful welcome give for being gold members. Since it was the Easter holiday he also googled what restaurants were open so we didn’t need to spend time going to closed restaurants. The room was clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the breakfast for holding Hilton status at Together & Co. it was delicious. The pool was also nice and refreshing. It was a great stay and I highly recommend!
Great location. looks like they have had a decent renovation. Rooms are nice and comfortable. new restaurant area is great. Food a little pricey very friendly and accomodating staff. Would stay agin.
