The dentist is professional and kind. The clinic looks clean and good. If you need to contact them for booking, it is better to book thru their website or facebook page. The response is quick. Explains the procedure and the reason why would you need it. I went there for the grabone tooth cleaning with filling deal, but I needed a root canal. They still accept grabone deal there. Thank you so much! Recommended to go here. God bless doctor.
It’s a long-due Thank you note for Dr. Prakash apologies for the delay, doctor I was lucky to find & meet Dr. Prakash in June-22 when suddenly my 2 molar tooth started paining. Since I’m a student with a history of jaw surgery, I was naturally very concerned and anxious about the cause of pain. Basis my experience, I feel Dr. Prakash has a natural skill of understanding a patient’s situation & state of mind + explains his views and suggested next steps, very clearly and honestly. He puts you in no direct/Indirect obligation to get the treatment through him but frankly suggests and explains what’s the next BEST course of action FOR YOU i.e., the patient. He didn’t even charge me for the dental examination and X-Rays. For an understanding & honest dental care, I’d anyday recommend Dr. Prakash
At last, an honest dentist that clearly explains the procedure and options, relatively inexpensive without trying to add more visits or extra charges. My visit today for a temporary filling was far better than expected, if all goes well I will need to return for a permanent filling and I will post my experience again. Thank you Hill Park Henderson.
I have been visting this dental practice over the last five years. I find both Dentist honest & caring. My most two recent visits I had an abcess treated with TLC and the following week a thorough clean which involved some anaesthetic. I will return for my 6 monthly in July. This dental practice is just fine.
Scale and polish not done properly, lack of equipments unsanitary process and procedure. No-evidenced based practice and advices. I felt rushed. Just plain unreliable and condescending, I thought I'd give the practice a chance and mindless about the google reviews, all the negative comments and reviews was true. He always says he is not for the money but he makes problems cause of many malpractices. Went there with no issues with my dental health went out with. Practice needs to improve, oral health of his curent clients might be at risk. Be adviced.
I would not recommend the dentist Narayan. Very friendly guy but as a professional I won't trust him again. My daughter and I went a couple of months ago. My daughter for cleaning and myself for a filling. My daughter was 10 days with soar, sensitive teeth and it's not the first time that she gets cleaning done, so we know it shouldn't be that painful. I have been 2 months that I still cannot bite with the left side of my mouth as he did a rough job and it is very painful. I can literally not use the tooth to bite. I did let them know and he asked me to go back but I was scared to go back and make it worst. I need to wait to have money again to pay someone else. I hate to give bad reviews but in this case I think it's necessary.
Just voicing out my concerns here for those thinking of getting their teeth done in this clinic. Today I had the most traumatic experience with a simple scale and polish procedure. It was too painful that I had to yank the dentist's hand out of my mouth and he had to use topical anaesthetics to finish the job off. This is the first time in years that I've experienced that much pain from a simple procedure. It's also worth mentioning that I get my teeth done atleast once a year. Please think twice about booking in an appointment with this clinic.
The people saying the clean and scale was painful obviously do not understand that the procedure its self is scraping off old hardened tartar due to non proper brushing techniques. Regardless as to where you go and how long they have studied scaling is next to/ on the gums please realise this. Topical is good yes but it also varies to severity of calculus and patient threshold/ tolerance. I had a wisdom extraction completed recently; tooth was impacted so a surgical extraction was needed. Extraction was pain free, excellent communication skills, patient friendly, and brilliant pricing. I Highly recommend this clinic.
Im leaving a review on behalf of my Thai friend. My Friend walked in few months ago to this clinic to have a filling. The dentist fit her in even without appointment. He might have done a rushed service for $350. He did not sanitised the tooth before the filling procedure. My Friend was is pain that evening. She went back with her boss my friend's employer so the dentists can re do the filling he did the job again. The dentist was friendly. But just to let you know that the filling was fallen off after nearly two months. The dentist charged so much for a quack job. Even he encouraged us to go back if theres is any problem happen and he will re fill for free, I wouldn't recommend my friend to go back and just go around for those professional dentist on Lincoln Rd. Even at my own expense just not to let my Friend to go back to this dentist. Maybe he do a good service on others especially on booked clients. But look out if you just walked in and without appointment with him. He might provide you a quack rush service so he make more money. Mr dentist could have just turned my friend away if he is busy and fully booked than charging $350 on a rush service. Like what other fair and reasonable people do. I knew it was rushed because I saw the next clients are waiting. And mr Dentist was so hesitant recommending to comeback whenever something gone wrong, like he knew something may possibly go wrong by 75%. By the way , mr. Dentist, Im the one you asked if I can speak English.
This is one of the best dental clinic in Auckland so far. Their price for dental services are very minimal and the service is amazing. Dr Prasad and Dr Narayan, both are doing their job very well. They both are highly skilled in dental treatments. I been to some other clinics for root canal and got charged $$$$ for the treatment. After couple of months I started feeling pain in same tooth and when I been to that same doctor, she said it will cost me more because they will do different treatment this time. I was helpless and sad that one tooth is costing me hell lot of money. I spoke to one of my friend and she advised me to see Dr Narayan at Hill park dental in Henderson. Since then I have only paid just few dollars and got sorted everything. All I have to say that these 2 guys are doing best of their knowledge work and I’m very thankful for the painless service I got.
