I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and hadnt had the best experience with dentists. I was very nervous and almost cancelled my appointment. Mo and the team made the experience so stress free for me and i enjoyed it 😊 They did a great job on my tooth and i'm back for more work and have recommended Mo to my friends and family.

Thank you so much for your service "the fono west" especially the lovely welcoming smiles from the nurses and doctors greeting the patients. I've been observing this during my two visits this week. Just one thing is to pls ubdate your online service pls. We would love to see all the other nurses, doctors' etc profiles on the website even if they are part timer, short term or long term. It is good to know and get familiar with faces (especially names) of people that are looking after us when we come in. 
I came in today for my test/appointment  and I was really impressed with the hospitality and how this nurse served me. I really want to mention her name but I totally forgot. Anyways 
Keep up the good work guys!! I will visit you guys soon. You guys are awesome. Awesome team friendly environment 😊😊 
Where is Elena? The receptionist. I like her she's awesome. I hope she's still around.

I have had extensive dental work done at The Fono and I am very happy with the standard of dentistry provided. Mo is fantastic.

Since my childhood, I've had such a phobia about going to the Dentist, with much prompting, I finally went along and met Gigi.  I'm so thankful I did, as she put me at ease instantly and talked me through the process.  I have upcoming appointments, and for the first time in my life I feel anxiety free walkng in.  The Staff are caring and amazing!!

Ladies at reception are really lovely but the waiting time here is always approx 35 - 45mins. What can be done about this? Today my appointment was at 4.15pm. It is now 5pm & I still have not been seen. One doctor has seen 3 patients in the time that I have been waiting. This really needs to improve. What happened to 15min time slots?? Understandably these times cannot always be adhered too but 45mins to an hour is unacceptable.
