The new hygienist Luke is amazing! I'm a very nervous/pain sensitive client and Luke made me feel at ease and the process so much better than expected. Highly recommend. My dentist Alex is also amazing with my fear of dentists and explains and carries out procedures in a way which makes me feel comfortable and confident to come back.
Top service, all staff very friendly and informative.nYou don’t feel like you’re being sold more than you need. Explain things very well and clearly.nnConsultation is only $50 and you don’t feel pressured into taking on any dental work they recommend.nnReception area is welcoming, rooms are very clean. Even have TVs on the roof.nnFree parking at the back. Take the left turn after DentalCare West and you’ll see their car pack on your left.nnToilets available.nnAccessibility friendly.
The new hygienist Luke is amazing. So informative, caring and gentle. I will recommend him to all my friends and family, the best experience I have ever had at a dental clinic!
My family have been going to Dental Care West since they took over from Keith Nelson. Really good dentists, hygienists and admin staff. Reasonable price. An asset to Glen Eden.
Like most, I get extremely nervous going to the dentist. But Luke was absolutely amazing! So helpful, vibrant and made me feel at ease instantly. You talked to me like a normal person and didn't make me feel like I was any less. Cannot recommend enough! Can't fault any of the staff, the reception team as soon as you walk in, the cleanliness of the clinic and the overall atmosphere. Thanks everyone
