As a person who has somewhat of a fear of stepping foot in a dentist, the team at Dental Care West are brilliant at making you feel at ease.nParticularly Michael, the dental hygienist here, who was so amazing!! He kept me informed on what he was doing and reassured me throughout the procedure. He’s kind, friendly andnknowledgeable & I would highly recommend! Thanks again
I can not speak highly enough of the service and care provided by James and the team at Dentalcare West. James is the consummate professional, I absolutely trust his advice and guidance around all things dental. My past experience with other dentists both in NZ and overseas hasn’t always been great - however, the team at Dentalcare West make those experiences a dim and distant memory. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! They were quick, responsive, caring and very reasonably priced. The best part? Their after procedure care is hands down the best I’ve experienced. Kudos to Dr Alex Wu and his assistant- a star team!
I recently got my braces done by Dr. Aaron Lee alongside his dentist assistant Kate. Both were very kind and friendly, Such a great experience with lots of support and information. The process was very smooth and easy, highly recommend if you need braces! They also do payment plans that are suitable to your expenses.
Highly recommended.nThe appointment was on time and the staff were friendly and welcoming.nBooked.thhe appointment via email. gGot confirmation of costs beforehand and was charged exactly that.nDentist was lovely and was frank about I what needed done and why. Booked a follow up appointment to get some work done.
