Look, it's a budget hotel. What do you expect. Stayed here a few nights last year and found the room clean an tidy, we had a accesible room for a wheelchair. The staff were brilliant. The place is easy to locate you can't miss it. If you are wanting Wifi don't rely on the service though. We paid an couldn't get on as the servers had gone down and staff there had no control over it.
Lovely rooms for a Travelodge of its location and type. Was pleased to see such nice rooms given the price and location. Staff friendly on checkin and it’s one of the few that doesn’t have a cracked bath and freely floor boards.
Conveniently located near services and to all A road We truly appreciate the Lovely refurbished reception area, bathroom, bedroom and all the basic amenities available Free onsite parking is great. Check in reception staff Gregg was helpful and friendly service Highly recommend this Travelodge
Basic room with nice commodities: TV, Tea, Coffe, Kettle, Oscillating fan and shampoo dispenser in shower. Bed sheets are all clean and smell fresh. Bathroom is clean and pleasant. 5 for everything expect location due to a 70mph dual carriage way 12 foot from the window but that can't be helped. Gregg on the front desk is very helpful!
Clean, spacious double room, comfy bed, no good vodafone signal inside, wifi is rubbish
Needed room 1 night visiting relatives close by the room was excellent reconmend the hotel certainly stay again Rooms: 5/5
Visited The Greggs which is inside the same building. Food was almost all gone, but we visited at 11.15am so not totally surprised. Staff were friendly and more pies etc were in oven ready to come out. There is also a Subway in the building also. Disabled bays outside and easily accessible.
Stayed here for a family funeral, it was cheap and clean enough for what was neededRooms: 3/5
Staff are friendly but the hotel itself needs to be torn down and started again. I could easily believe that travelodge have forgotten about this place and left it to rot. If you like the smell of petrol this place is brilliant with a BP about 2 yards from the window.Rooms: 1/5
No bells, no whistles just a basic place to sleep after a day out. Dogs welcome. As long as you don't expect much and accept it for what it is, I'd recommend. Staff are very helpful tooRooms: 4/5
