Even though the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was not great. My partner got a pizza that seemed frozen rather than fresh and tasted bland. My dish, Hot Bird, was nice but had minimal chicken and the chips weren't great. Big portions though. Drink prices were good. We'd come back for the drinks but not the food unfortunately.

Food average. Customer service fantastic. Playground good and it's close to a very well kept toilet that my toilet training 2 yo was willing to use. Lamb shanks reminded me of nursing home food and the calamari was boring to the point the chips were better. My daughter likes the Oreo cheese cake but I found the biscuit base to be soggy and whipped cream to be overkill on something already very sweet.

We have visited this restaurant several times. Overall, I have found the food to be tasty I have had the burgers, Parma and roast of the day and the staff to be polite and friendly. The kids area is great though I wish they would get rid of  all the screens and the restrooms and baby change facilities are clean. Unfortunately, during our last two visits we encountered surprisingly unfriendly staff, two of whom were quite rude. I am not sure if they really stood out because most staff are extra friendly and helpful, but it’s amazing how much it affected our experience here. Might give this place a miss for a while.

I have been there about 10 times since the place was renovated. Comfortable surrounds and the service is not bad. The meals are good but I can get better value for money at a few other venues. I go there because it is local and convenient. I used to enjoy the garlic bread but for some reason they have replaced it with garlic pizza which in my opinion is no where near as good. I think they should give you they choice. Overall its just average.

Food, quality and pricing fair. The venue looks good. Could have been better as the meals were warm and over cooked especially some items like the risotto. Fish batter was thick with very little fish. Need to ask for water as it was not offered. Maybe this was an off day however would I return to try it again. ??

Seems to have been recently renovated. The play area for the kids is a huge improvement on what it was 12 months ago and kept them entertained. No complaints about the meals, although they were nothing to rave about either.  Other than the grumpy bar staff, it was a decent dinner. The rest of the staff were very friendly. Good food and exceptional service. When they found out my two year old daughter was lactose intolerant and all the other kids on our table were getting icecream the waitress organised a soy milk strawberry shake in a jar for her!! They told her was getting something super special that none of the other kids could have!! It was a big hit and it was a very thoughtful thing to do!

Had the mixed grill which was pretty good, chips are great here. One of our table had lamb shanks that took a long time to come out but the restaurant apologised with complimentary garlic bread. Beer from the tap was icy cold so can't complain, overall a positive experience

Daisey's has been around for a million years, and while it has had issues in the past, is going from strength to strength with the current owners. Pizza on the kids menu is proper pizza, made and cooked on site. Big too for a kid's serve.  Thursday night is steak night - steaks are cheap, well cooked and tasty. Service was quick - kids items came out first, and the confused order was fixed quickly and without fuss. Kids play area is large and well equipped Would definitely go again, and have had several friends say the same.
