Very happy with the service provided. We hired a car whilst our own car was being repaired. The car given was actually nicer than the one we owned. 
Our car was repaired quicker than expected and Hertz were more than easy to refund the days that had been paid for. And, we didn't have to ask. They automatically did it.
Would recommend this service to others.

Made a booking 'request' on Saturday, no correspondence by Tuesday of the following week. When I called they couldn't confirm whether the booking was confirmed or not because computers were 'down' and to call back in an hour. I called back and the lady I spoke to said she couldn't confirm bookings as the manager was not present and I need to call back when the manager was back.

So called again Wednesday morning and they told me they were fully booked - so they wasted my time for 4 days and didn't even call or email me to tell that they didn't have a car for me. Went to Europcar website, booking made and had it confirmed within 10 minutes...

I would give them 0 stars if I could, but I think this may be an oversight by google

Please check the invoice very carefully as there can be a lot of hidden charges. Not very happy.

Have placed a complaint with both your head office and consumer affairs, just out of principle. It is illegal to quote / mislead consumers with false prices - and add features they have already declined. You practices need to be addressed. Just wrong, you should be ashamed (Addressed to the manager Robyn).
