Skilled and transparent mechanics. Customer service is good and staff members are understanding. Business hours could be more flexible. At the moment they don’t have alternative payment options like Afterpay, Laybuy etc. However, I was told they’re working on it so would be good to have some alternative payment options available asap. They also have a surcharge on credit card transactions which could be an area for improvement.

Very helpful & efficient.The job came to less than quoted and, as my car required that job for a  WOF they even took the car around to VTNZ afterwards and got the WOF completed so that was much appreciated.

These guys are great, excellent service! Steve is an extremely honest mechanic. They truly went above and beyond. They're honest, efficient and do not over charge best of all. It's safe to say this will be my new go-to mechanics. Coil replacement and car is running perfectly again. Thanks so much Henderson Valley Automotive.

These guys are amazing! They saved me thousands. I brought my vehicle to them which had already been diagnosed, and quoted for, a blown head gasket. It took them less than 5 minutes to tell me my head gasket was fine and my oil was just blocked. They could have charged me for a head gasket. They knew I was prepared to pay it. Instead they were honest and I couldn't be more grateful. I'll definitely be returning to them if I ever need repairs and I'd recommend them to anyone. They really are amazing. Amazing service! Best mechanic go steve! My car broke down and had to be towed after hours to them. They were completely understanding and the issue was sorted the next day! Well priced, flexible and my new lifetime auto repair place. The range from Wofs to parts to general check ups. Just always nice to call ahead of time and book them in.

Absolutely perfect customer service. My car failed its warrant and I called to ask about some quotes and the guy I spoke to went above and beyond. He explained everything I didn't understand and explained how I could actually do most of it myself. He saved me over 200 dollars. In the end didn't need any services from here. So despite it meant he wasn't getting paid he took the time to help me out.

Really lovely honest people, done my wof and tyres within the hour.  I would 100% recommend. Thank you very much, I will definitely be back.

Brilliant work on my car. Costed me the earth, but for the work and the new engine, the price was pretty reasonable.
