Staff are always pleasant. They do everything regos etc. The best time to go is in the morning when they first open otherwise you'll be in for a bit of a wait.

Called to make an appointment, lady that answered said none needed just turn up. Got there, asked for WOF,  paid and waited for no more than 20 minutes.  The man that handed it back over gave me said it was in a solid state but recommended I proactively get some lights looked at.  Will definitely be coming back.  Cheers team.

Visited Drivesure Waitakere Testing Station for a WOF. 
The reception area was full of applications and brochures for all kinds of vehicle forms.
Payment of $49 was made before the service, apart from payment and reg #, no other information was supplied. 
There is a TV in the waiting area, with comfortable, albeit a bit old, seating. Luckily, there was no wait.
A unisex toilet is available for customer use.
The service was very quick only taking 15-20 minutes, which could be seen as efficient or concerning, hopefully the former.
The inspector did not talk about any concerns or upcoming issues.
He said "everything is done" and gave me the keys and Warrant of fitness sheet. 

I would like to see newer furniture and hear a quick summary from the inspectors about what the status of the different parts were at.

A nice little $5 off card for next WOF was attached to receipt.

Overall was moderately priced but did seem a bit quick.
