Awesome service by the team at KAAR Henderson. Super easy to book online and awesome follow through. During the day of service excellent communication and was contacted about filters that needed replacing and when the car would be ready. Excellent service at a reasonable price!

We have used KAAR Henderson for over 8 years and we are always appreciative of their high quality work and care of our vehicle. Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service to our family this week. We were provided with a courtesy car as our car was repaired. The newly refurbished headlights on our vehicle look fantastic and you made our day with the surprise new car key too!

The service was friendly, patient, prompt. I called in and dropped my car off same day and got my car back within 4 hours. The staff answered my questions with a smile and a lot of patience. I was told what was happening at each stage of process which made it easy to plan my day. My interactions were with Mark and Mort. This will definitely be my go to shop.

The team at KAAR Henderson did an amazing job, they made sure I understood the work they were doing and that I wasn’t inconvenienced at any time while they figured out what my car needed. They stayed late so I could pick up a loan car after work which they didn’t need to do either. And I got a little packet of wine gums and a towel for the car on pick-up. Couldn’t ask for more! I initially gave this a 4 out of principal, I rarely give 5 stars off the bat for car service related things the first time just to be sure, I want to drive the car again and give it time to make sure everything seems good.  But I've been driving the car now for a little bit and it truly feels better than ever!

Excellent customer service phoned to explain clearly what exactly needed doing and gave costs involved before going ahead with job.   Would recommend them as very professional to deal with especially as I don't know much about cars.Services:&nbsp;Steering &amp; suspension repair
