Chose Keeling Automotive cause it's near and got all 5-star reviews on google map. Got there at 10am exactly as appointment time, it was a simple WOF n replacing a faulty horn as I told the guy over the phone. So I thought it wouldn't take more than an hour as there were customers waiting there and the mechanics didn't look busy, but was made to wait for more than 3.5 hours with no any kind of indication of how long this would have taken. I had to made a call to them around lunch time from Westcity mall to make sure they didn't get my mobile number wrong and they were not doing any major things without my acknowledgement. Then another hour wait till they finally called and asked me to pick up the car. I was billed for 0.75 hour of labour, yet I waited for more than 3.5 hours, very efficient. I used to go to a Japanese mechanics to do WOF, it usually took 30 minutes and I was offered espresso in the waiting room. I wasn't even offered water at Keeling, not that it mattered, a simple "we're kinda busy this morning, so this might take a few hours, you can pop into the mall nearby to kill time" would have sufficed. I'm not sure why other reviews are all 5 stars yet my experience was the worst I've encountered, cause I'm not white nor kiwi?
