Had a fantastic experience with them 3 years ago. Saw a advert of a dog that I thought would be a good mate for my other rescue dog. The staff bent over backwards to help me and to "test" whether the two doggies will be a match. Acted quickly to get and inspector to look at my home and give the green light to adopt. Thanks everyone.
They made an effort to get a lost dog back to her owner buy checking the lost pets website so thats good just had to pay 210$ for registration and impoundment fees so an expensive experience not so good but I'm just glad I got my pet back
One luv. had a shady experience here with information. they sent 3 report letters explaining completely different events . RIP to my boy.. People PLEASE DONT BRING ANIMALS HERE ..unless they are being put down.. Thanks

No help in surrendering a cat. No clue as where I could do it. So much for being a animal shelter
I should have done this years ago when one of them called me, accusing my dog of attacking another dog. The man was rude and condescending. I can understand he was investigating but don't make accusation when he had no proof. My dog was clearly inside the house and we were not home. Clearly our dog couldn't unlock and open the door. It was a roaming dog that happened to go into our driveway, and a witness has informed him that there was another dog inside the house.
The employees I dealt with on both occasions were very informative & understanding. The impound fees are costly not to mention the fine you will receive a week after the impound date.
The customer service here is exceptional. We have been in a couple of times over the last couple of weeks to view dogs for adoption, The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and clearly care about making sure that the dogs get paired with the right people. Very impressed.
We met a cute dog who was up for adoption, I could tell the lady that showed him to us really cared. The checks they do on prospective homes are good, dogs shouldn't be given to just anyone.
Went to view the dogs for adoption today The older lady behind the counter was really rude to my partner. She then told us that even though we have a fully fenced property. That they would not let us adopt a dog. And we would be wasting our time. We had been waiting for 20minutes and filled out the 2 page form. She has not even seen the property And is not the person who does the inspections. Her attitude was extremely abrupt and dismissive.
