I stayed in this motel for five nights during my visit to Auckland for the first time. I am very lucky to find this place perfectly located to easily access transport and all other essentials. Moreover, I was only 10 minutes away from my friends/family. I stayed in the large studio fully equipped with all amenities. Reasonably clean and very quiet place. LOVED IT!! I can't wait to go back to Auckland for a little longer and I will definitely stay in this motel. Staff at the reception are very friendly and lovely as well. Thank YOU!!
oh this place was just wonderful! we loved the pink door, the wee cafe table and chairs on the terrace the room smelt clean, and the whole apartment was tidy and the beds so comfortable. service when we arrived was so friendly and thanked us for staying. very accommodating and lovely experience. cannot reccomend this place enough.
Bright clean and I mean clean Queen studio. Friendly helpful staff . I will be staying on a regular basis so handy to train and bus. Also large clean pool. I thouroly recommend.Rooms: 4/5

The only option at short notice. Another of noise around. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom but awkward when there's no locks on the bathroom. Pool not inviting but then again the weather wasn't the best. Parking was terribleRooms: 3/5

Terrible staff that have no care for customer satisfaction. Don't dare consider asking anything. You'll be snapped at. Tiny rooms. No aircon. Dishes weren't very clean. Parking is horrendous. You'll get 2 sheets if using the sofa couch as a bed, and its old and is absolutely filthy. Very minimal facilities. And don't believe what it says you'll be getting when you book. Because contrary to your booking you will not be getting a balcony, pool view or even use of the pool "because covid" aka. We can't be arsed. When I approached staff about the very misleading website, she just shrugged it off and was more concerned about my mask and Vax pass. The website says family friendly. But the room was claustrophobic with 4 adults and 2 kids. We had to share a table and chairs on "the balcony" with the neighbour. We had to shut our door so we didn't get the cigarette smoke from the neighbor coming into our room. And even having our own kids and a baby, we had to listen to the neighbour above us's kids cry all evening. There was nothing family friendly about the place.
Clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable bed. Kithen was equipt with microwave, 2 hot plates, fridge, toaster and kettle. Only downside I found that it was quite a bit of traffic noise, certain trucks going past would cause window to vibrate. Cafe onsite has a good variety on the menu.
Very warm welcome and it is close to the soecalist vet clinic. Some cosmetics need doing in the room but comfortable for me and my dog. Good area to walk the dog even in the middle of the night I felt safe. Great food at the cafe but yes parking should be guests only. Will visit againRooms: 4/5
Dog owners heaven... Given this place 5 stars. I know it's not the Paris Hilton but it's clean and value for money. On top of that they allow dogs. The pool is a fantastic addition and their in-house cafe has some really interesting items that would feel at home on a brasserie menu. Had breakfast there, amazing. Chef obviously takes pride in his presentation. Homemade ketchup! free WiFi. They have a manned reception area. Parking is limited though. Definitely be coming back with the pooch.
