How about smiling when greet a customer was such a cold introduction. I want my holiday to start off on a positive note so I politely walked out. No wonder the place is empty. Maybe they should hire more vibrant staff

Have to say but im super annoyed at the lack of service i have received at this place, if i hadnt had credits with the Penrith Store i would take my business elsewhere, first time i was sent away and waited weeks for contact to be made and i had to chase that up, the 2nd time i went in and got a friendlier Deb this time around, but again had to chase up the progress and seems like the lack of information and forgotten parts of my trip and no connecting car hire etc has really put a sour taste in my mouth for this company, as i also looked up the same flight and could get it $600 cheaper, so as far as im concerned they seem to look for the most expensive not the best deals
Firstly would like to give 0 stars but this site wouldn’t allow me. I Needed to cancel a holiday and was well within the full refund period, consultant Deb, was far from friendly. Very under whelming and completely disatisfactory. Some of the questions I asked around how long refund will take? Deb Answered: I don’t know. Umm 6 mths, 1 mth what?! It was like pulling teeth trying to get some sort of response. Changed address for refund cheque, 3-4 weeks later Deb advised cheque will be sent in the post the following day again asked when I should expect the cheque 5-7 business days ? Deb Answered: I don’t know. Wow this consultant Deb, certainly gave me a new perspective of shocking service I will never book with this company again because of this one consultant.
Friendly team who work hard to get you the best travel deal going! Not only do they do this, they have your back when travelling abroad, should something going awry they are they to help sort it out. This peace of mind and service is priceless
